When we built our house the builder put the Washer on the right and the dryer on the left under the folding table. Virtually every washer and dryer open so that you have to pick the laundry up over the doors to put wet laundry in the dryer that way. We had a Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer from one of the big box stores. It was just a little irritation every time we did laundry. When the dryer gave out for the second time and the washer was beat down I decided to see is a real appliance store could give me a better solution. My sales guy Vincent found an Electrolux washer and dryer combo that actually opened the opposite of all other units or at least can be configured to. I looked the units up to see if people who had them liked them. They were rated very well by consumers for washing and drying and generally working well without problems. Vincent quoted me a price that was at least as low as online pricing. He ordered the units for me and scheduled delivery. The Appliance Gallery installers removed the old units from a very snug fitting laundry and wash room and installed the new units in short order without banging up the walls and doorway. Sounds simple but there is a very cool farm style sink and counter top with JUST enough room between it and the door to carefully get the appliances in or out. The installers took the old units away no charge and they got rid of all of the packaging from the new units. Not that it matters in terms of reviewing this company but the Electrolux washer is dramatically better than Whirlpool. The laundry actually tumbles. In the Whirlpool duet it was simply pinned to the drum for the whole wash cycle. Our sale wasn’t huge for Appliance Gallery. Our problem was tough luck at the big box stores. Appliance Gallery solved our problem, charged a fair price, communicated perfectly and just got it done without any hassle. My wife and I are just finishing building out our basement and that brings me back to our feedback on the Appliance Gallery. We will be buying appliances for the basement kitchenette as well as new appliances for our kitchen from the Appliance Gallery. Highest recommendation.

When the appliances in my kitchen began to fail, I called a local service company. They told me that parts were not available to fix them. They directed me to the Appliance Gallery. There we met Vinnie who is very knowledgeable about retrofits. We selected modular Wolf cooktop elements and Decor wall ovens. And he connected us with Paul who, with his assistant, did the installation. This required some fairly complicated modifications of the island granite and the cabinet that contains the wall ovens. They accomplished this with great skill. The appliances look wonderful in their new homes. And this was all accomplished with no mess and quickly. We couldnt be more pleased with the results. Thanks to Vinnie and Paul for a great job.

When our old, built-in refrigerator died, we needed to quickly find a new one. We went to Appliance Gallery and had a great experience. Because the fridge is in a very tight space, I asked Vinnie, the salesperson, to come out and do the measurements. He came out the same day (delaying the start of his vacation) to be sure we ordered the right size and could place the order that day. The new fridge was delivered before the promised delivery date, and the team that delivered it was outstanding. They were on-time, very friendly, and clearly cared about their work. When I need to purchase an appliance again, I will go straight to Appliance Gallery.

Came to Appliance Gallery to setup my brand new home. Throughout I received excellent service. I was greeted promptly and politely by an employee who wasted no time in realizing what I needed. After giving me multiple options as to what I may be looking for, I decided that the Subzero & Wolf models were what I wanted. This combination of refrigeration and kitchen unit made my new home everything that I had dreamed it would be. I had no idea they would be able to see my vision the way they did. Can I give 10 stars?! We had a most pleasant experience with Appliance Gallery! We got the feeling that Vincent, and everyone involved, genuinely cared about my satisfaction. They were willing to go above and beyond to finish my range hood project in a professional and timely manner. Vinnie was very friendly and listened to what features mattered to me in coming up with his recommendations on a gas stove and hood combination for my needs. He did a great job of laying out our options without the usual sales pressure to purchase. In fact, he did such a great job that we replaced our microwave and oven as well!!
