I usually never give reviews on companies, even is the service is not 100%. But we got a refrigerator from this store and a few days later it was blowing warm air. It really wasnt too much of a problem I did just have to throw a few groceries away. I called the store and spoke with a person that said they would come out to fix the fridge. I was told these exact words "The part should be in between 8am-9pm and I will be out to your house between 10am and 12pm". No problem I set up time for someone to be at my house at that time. Well I received a call the day the person was to come and fix the refrigerator at 7:30am stating they were on their way. I called to have someone meet them at my home but the person was unable to be there due to we were advised between 10am and 12pm. When the tech called me back, he stated to me "you should have told me that before I left the store" if I would have been given the correct time to begin with we never would of had this problem. And to my knowledge the store doesnt even open until 9am. I was not pleased at how the guy spoke with me this morning and after my refrigerator is fixed, I will NEVER recommend anyone to them. There is a way you talk to people when your in customer service, if times change, you ask your customer is that ok not just say Im on my way! And talk fast before I can even say anything else! I am just not pleased with any company that is not professional. Working on customer service here may be something to start with

I came in to get an oven. I can say that this is a terrible place. Dirty loud foul mouthed workers. Poor management. I purchased an oven there August 3rd. I was helped by an older woman. The woman steered me to a Frigidaire gas oven. One of the knobs on the front was loose and so they shouted in back and out came a large smelly foul mouthed man. I could here him dropping F bombs in the back when she yelled for him. He came out and snatched the knob and then disappeared into the back. He returned with a knob and he forced it on to the splines. The knob was a slightly different color, but for $225 I was not ready to complain. Anyway, I took this appliance home in the back of my pickup truck and I was unable to hook it up for a week. However a week later I called my friend to help me move the new oven into place and I gathered the supplies I needed and then I hooked it up. Only the front two burners on the oven worked! Next I called the store and spoke to a woman. I explained everything to her, and she said all sales are final. I was dumbfounded. I tried to tell her about my experience, but all she could keep repeating is, "You had it for a week!" Eventually she hung up the phone. So today I thought I would finally write this review. Buyer beware!

I went there 6/23/12 looking for a refidgerator. I let my 15 yr old son pick the one he liked. It was an Amana 18.1 cu ft refridgerator with the freezer on the bottom. 320.00 was the sticker price they gave it to me for 290.00. All appliances come with a 90 day warranty. It was delivered on the 25th which was Monday. July 3, we noticed that it wasnt keeping cool in the fridge area so we watched it over the next day or so. By July 4 the freezer stopped freezing food as well. I called July 5th the sent out Louie, their technician. He calls me and tells me the compressor is shot they have to exchange this one out. I have yet to get a replacement or a refund to my ccard. What annoyed me most is I called today and specifically asked them how they planned on resolving this, the lady sounded surprised that I wanted satisfaction. The nerve of me I guess! Meanwhile Im 4 mos pregnant, I was forced to buy a deep freezer, lost 5 coolers of food and for refridgerated items we (myself and my 3 children) are living out of a cooler!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Service was ridiculous. I bought a washing machine and it is under a 90 day warranty. The machine would stop mid-cycle. I called to schedule an appointment with a repair guy through them and they told me he would be there on Tuesday and he would call before coming. Tuesday came around and the guy didnt call and didnt show up. I got no notice on why or when they would reschedule. No "sorry we missed you". Nothing. On FRIDAY morning (3 whole days later), my phone is ringing off the hook and apparently its the repair guy. Me, being unaware, AND AT WORK, am unable to answer the phone or check it for that matter. And I got 3 voicemails saying he is on his way, should be there in between this time and another, and the last telling me he is in front of the house. But again, I am AT WORK and unable to come to the phone. So I guess my washer wont be getting fixed for another week. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional.

We live outside the Milwaukee area with steep farmhouse style stairs down to the basement - I just about killed myself getting our old washer down there. So when that washer finally died, I wasnt looking forward to the experience. As New had a great selection, and we ended up spending a little more for one with a refurbished transmission. The delivery was very reasonable - $25, plus a $5 fee for delivery outside Milwaukee County (City of Waukesha), plus pickup of the old unit was free! The communication from the store after the sale was great, the delivery guys were extremely punctual and professional, didnt even come close to marring anything bringing the new unit in and taking the old one out, hooked it up with new hoses, and best of all, the washer works as advertised. Great place, will recommend to friends. Thanks, guys!

After a long search for a washer and dryer for our new home, we found As New and are so glad we did. Their prices came in at least $200 less than other refurb shops for the pair, and they delivered two days later for less than $20 (Milwaukee county only, I believe). We ended up paying just under $400 for our pair WITH delivery and came in way under our original budget! Both the customer service gal at the store and the delivery guys were as friendly as could be. They give a two hour delivery time frame and stuck to it, and I believe they have free removal as well. I couldnt have been more pleased with the service we received and would recommend As New to anybody.

Went into the store looking for a fridge and chose my Frigidaire. It was in great condition and thank goodness my fiance took photos at the store to prove it. Decided to choose their delivery option and it was a mistake. They banged up and dented the outside of a perfectly good looking fridge! I was told to take photos and send them via text and someone would contact me that Monday. This was 3 weeks ago and still no word even after numerous calls and messages. I WILL NOT buy from them again. So unprofessional and poor customer service skills. Hey As New, follow up with your customers!
