This was the worst experience Ive ever had with buying used appliances first thing that went wrong was I purchased a refrigerator on Monday was delivered til Friday and to find out that its not working well at all freezer not freezing refrigerator part not working at all. Contacted them Monday after delivered they claimed someone would be out here it is Wednesday and no one hasnt showed up yet they keep giving me the run around and I havent had a week. And the owner hasnt shown any sympathyap0l0gized or nothing not even a phone call

Horrible service...bought a refrigerator that didnt last 4 months and it took them 2 weeks to get it fixed...guy was supposed to come look at it...he never showed up...after multiple trips to get this resolved...I had to take it back to them and threaten to go to Facebook and give bad reviews before they fixed it...confirmstion why I dont buy used appliances...thought because it said Certified Used Appliances...I would not have this problem

Rude, completely unfriendly, and zero customer service. The building is an absolute mess. Fairly certain the guy was high as a kite when we came in and wouldnt answer any questions we had. Will not be coming back or recommending to anyone.

Friendly staff! Filled selection in the building, but wish they had a larger store for more items to choose from. Working antique options. Delivery, Layaway, Financing.
