A Big Ello... shout out to The Home Depot today, the day after Valentines day as this home improvement franchise has made a generous donation of fine lumber to Dad and I for this years entry into the Jim Lovell Federal health care center Veterans creative contest. The staff was helpful as Pat supervised the selection and gave our fathers art ~ the mighty tap of approval. Of interest is that we intend to present what may be coined as the "True Lovell Knot" based on Mr. Lovell, an accomplished astronaut with a namesake that appears and also sounds live the expression "love." The knot I recommended for display upon the lumber is known as knot 2421 in the Ashley book of knots, a Mathew Walker variant. For reasons that go beyond the fact that 4/21 is my birthday; 421 is also a natural mathematical distillation sequence; meaning that half of four is two and half of two is one and that; Rishon - the 1st, is the nick name of this project. Rey and other staff members offered additional insight for the craft as in aisle 7 he explained to function of a pe valve just how this plumbing fixture traps foul septic gas from entering ones home. The key being is that water must be present in the curvature dip of the pipes throat. On that note I hope the laughter rises from Risa as she sees whats in store for her, pardon that dusty pun. As what I am getting at is right there above the Pe valve mouths, the guiding essence of the 2421 knots founding of Rome symbolic nature. There the assorted tubular slip washers mark a location in the brain as to form a three ring gyroscope. Navigation upon the riverhead trophically via yaw, pitch, and roll. Now if I only had an internal guidance system to get me gnome other than my German/Polish-Swedish (G.P.S.) heritage.

I consistenly shop here, and have for 2 years. This store has helped me compete numerous projects at home and even in my classroom. Sometimes, I see reviews that are extremely negative, all based on one experience at the store, so this review comes from someone who shops here routinely dealing with almost every department by now. I have had only one negative experience here where I waited a long time to be helped with paint, and I cant even say it was negative experience, as it was made right immediately after. The employees were beyond apologetic, as it was a very busy day at the store. The manager, Tim, does an amazing job to make sure customers are happy. Many employees have taken the time to learn my name, and even ask about previous projects Ive bought products for. In other hardware stores, it takes me forever to find anyone to help me, whereas this Home Depot always has someone asking if you need any help. In addition, they are always very patient when I explain my vision for a project, and they do a wonderful job making suggestions or bringing up issues I hadnt considered. The lumber and paint departments are both very helpful and really value your time. Overall, this Home Depot is very personable, and they try very hard to make sure you have what you need to complete a project correctly. I am a frequent shopper and will continue to be.

Sick and tired of their attitudes, disgusted with everything in rental being broken or barely working, everyone is annoyed if you ask a question, and if I could count all the times I was told there was something in aisle 12 when it was in aisle 2, I could fill a journal. And the top of the line items? Over and over I see them as cheaper with free shipping on Amazon AND, there are four or five better items at the same or close price that have thousands of ratings from happy customers, while the crap they sell is some of the lowest rated garbage. Not worse than Menards, BUT CLOSE. Lowes is more expensive, but at this point, theyre going to get my business because I am tired of Home Depot not having anything I ever need and most of all? The old disgruntled angry former contractors who hate every minute of their job and wont take a moment out of their stocking day to show you where anything is. And the greeters? The "Can I help you find anything? THEY NEVER KNOW WHERE ANYTHING IS!!!!! And they end up having you stand there, trapped, until they go get the old disgruntled guy who basically says "Git awf Mah lawn!" This place should be leveled and replaced with a Handy Andy. BRING BACK GOOD OLD HANDY ANDY. Home Depot? You stink.

Absolute worst experience with flooring install! Brian in flooring at the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. Its a shame the rest of the process was a joke. The install company is the WORST. Still waiting on a date for install with the horrible company they have selected to represent them. Should have paid the extra money and had the professionals do it. At least I would have had my floor installed by now instead of sitting in boxes in my living room. WHAT A JOKE!

I walked into the store and was greeted by three different people I went to plumbing and Jason helped me right away and knows his job and then I go to check out and forgot my wallet I go to my truck and come back and nicole in self check out scans and loads my cart before I get back and she is such an awesome person as well very positive attitude and so friendly I will continue to shop hear

They carry a good variety of home improvement products, but suffer from staff issues. Overall they do not seem to have a level of knowledge beyond the superficial. Often times when asked if help is needed, they have to go get some one else to assist. They would benefit from increased cross training in all areas of the store.

This morning I bought 36 bags of attic insulation. Adam at Home Depot quickly surmised the amount of insulation I would need for both attics. The trucks were rented and I made several trips to deliver all 36 bags in my Chevy Cruze. Adam was there assisting me load each time. smooth visit. Thanks so much Carol Patterson

Terry Tegtmeier came out and helped me change the locks i bought from home depot just off of Rt. 83. now i feel safe! thank you terry and also to ray in hardware. i will always come back to this store because you guys went above and beyond for me. Excellent customer service

There is only couple of people who know what they are talking about in this store, The check out is always slow. The prices are high. I prefer Lowes or Menards both of which are a close drive. I would only go here when you needed it quick and do not care about price.

My elderly mom and I needed to rent a truck to pick up a couch and sofa. The manager was kind enough to send two gentlemen back home with us as we had NO ONE to help us get them in her house. I cant tell you how grateful we are for this special customer service.

Great store. Lots of good outdoor stuff for spring planting and things like that. You pay a couple bucks more than the cheap places but you get better quality items. And they have helpful people, was my first time shopping here, Im a customer now.
