Its the power company. Will say one thing for them, tho. They installed a kiosk that takes ONLY checks and cash (does not give change) but not debit cards. Checks can be good or bad and I suppose this might buy an Xtra day to pay the bill. Debit cards either go thru or are declined so why, in the infinite wisdom of whoever runs the place, cant debit cards be OK to use, too? Needs to get off the mess and rethink that.

Very friendly & helpful service depending on who you get to speak with. Most things can be taken care of over the phone. To pay with debit or credit you must do so over the phone.
