If I could give them a negative review, Id do it in a heart beat. I purchased a gas range oven regulator from this place for $86. Mind you, a similar piece on E-Bay was listed for 16 bucks. It was a wrong part. After only an hour of having it in my possession, I came back to the store and asked to return the item. To my surprise, the two people behind the counter told me that they would not refund my money, because according to them the part was used. Really??? Used part. I only had it in my possession for an hour. After getting frustrated with the lack of customer care and their refusal to make any sort of a concession, I told them to keep the part and shove it up where the sun dont shine. I left the item behind and walked out of the store. No one attempted to accommodate me. The scumbags kept my $86 and the regulator, which they will undoubtably sell to the next sucker. Be careful dealing with these thieves. They will rip you off any way they can.
