They are just one leg up from a scam on the legitmacy ladder. I purchsed a brand new motor for my furnace just last spring. It now broke today in less than 9 months from insullation and obviously not working very much during the summer months. I immediately called them to let them know that the part I had not purchased long ago had already broke. They told me that their warranty was only good for 90 days! I had to purchase a whole new motor. Then when I got there, they were extremely rude as though it was my fault their product was sub par. They made me pay full price instead of at cost and when I requested that I receive a part that was warrantied for a year in case this happened again, they refused. So my final review is that they have below standard parts and that is much better than their customer service.

my over the range stainless steel microware oven broke after 1 year of being brand new $500. I called sunberg and he mentioned it might be the Magnetron. I purchased the part for $90 and was able to fix my microwave. its been 4 years since then and its still working. Now i need a ignitior for my furnace and they are again there to help. Great service.

I contacted Don at sundberg for a inline booster fan for a dryer exhaust vent. I explained my situation and he put me on hold for a short period of time he then informed me that hell need some time to locate the the right product for my particular application. After doing his research he returned my call and was very patient in dealing with me.
