Spent about an hr looking at high end fridges w/a young sales associate. She seems all over the place not really clear on most of the items well with the exception of Samsung. She is asking a warehouse guy questions he does not answer. Also rude as hell. Seemed the whole place was lacking leadership. She kept pushing me to the samsung fridge the entire time. Why? It appears to upsell me on the warranty- about $800. I call my guy who OWNS an appliance repair shop. He also REPAIRS appliances. Tell her I am wanna speak to him. Here is where I get pissed, she all but said, HE DOES NOT KNOW what he is DOING so you will need our warranty. I was like hey just STOP ok. I asked her to stop speaking and questioning his skill at least 5x. She would NOT STFU! SO I began to leave pissed. Get a call from him. He tells me NEVER BUY Samsung, LG or Kenmore (this brand barely exists anymore, they mainly throw a nameplate on it). He explains why then tells me Maytag, Whirlpool, and the like are better bets, cheaper and easier to locate a repair person for much less if something goes wrong. Turn to leave again and another sales person, Michael engages me, listens, asks pointed questions, then proceeds to help me. I also find out Sears Outlet really is NOT associated with Sears any longer. It is some Home Store or something. Let me be clear, I was raised on Sears/Kenmore, etc. They were always good to me. But after all of that, even with the guy being so polite, I LEFT! Sears Outlet is just not what it used to be; more like a shadow of its former self. Highly disappointing indeed.

My experience at Sears Outlet last evening was wonderful. My dryer had died and I was a bit frustrated and irritated at having to face the appliance buying experience! The sales person, Marisa, was so kind and competent. She answered all my questions...quickly calculated comparisons and explained how the different features would work, in terms of energy savings, and all the different payment options. She was not at all pushy. She simply presented all the options clearly. It was just what I needed. When you are shopping for an appliance you have not replaced in 20 some years there are many new features to understand. I know this might seem like a small thing to some people but when I am spending money I was not planning to have to spend, I somehow expect trouble and frustration...and SO appreciate kindness and competence. Marisa was all of that. I watched, as I was shopping, and noticed that she treated all customers with that same kind of respect. It was such a good experience, thanks to Marisa! Thanks Sears outlet for hiring this "gem" of a sales person!

I bought 5 major appliances in February for a total cost of $3,500. Each one of the appliances needed service calls before they were even usable. Thank goodness I had purchased a maintenance agreement (at a tune of $800!) because they were definitely not in working order AT ALL when they were purchased, which should be illegal. They assured me they had been checked out, but apparently not! I was without hot water for over 3 weeks while waiting for a service call and the subsequent ordering of back ordered parts. I dont think the problem is with Sears appliances, just with getting them from the outlet store. The amt you save in cost is not anywhere near what the time and trouble are worth. I called customer relations to get some kind of satisfaction--"Sorry theres nothing we can do." Ill never shop there again and would not encourage anyone I know to. Buyer Beware. Lesson learned.

Worst customer service I have EVER gotten! First the b tells me they have no more lefty turns out theres 8 (thank you stock guy), then they guy tells me hes stressed out cuz his boss left him in charge and hes been dealing with customer issues all day! We ultimately walked out because No one there had a clue! Dont waste your time! The prices arent that great and the idiots just make you want to pull your hair out!

saw an ad on craigslist for a brand new stove still boxed up over 400 bucks cheaper then the same thing at home depot, came in expecting a bait in switch or some other classic sales pitch but were greeted by a younger girl who was very nice and knew alot about appliances, also got the stove which told was just overstock from somewhere very happy with shopping day

We got a brand new "still in the box" high end washer for about half the price the Sears store, at the mall, was going to sell it to us. Also bought a name brand pillow top mattress and box springs for cheap. Good Experience! As a note, as of late 2014 store is under new management, staff was friendly and very helpful. Will go back again.

My husband and I purchased a new washer and dryer from there two years ago. We have not had any problems with either appliance. The "scratches" were merely scuffs that I was able to clean off once the appliances were delivered. We saved a lot of money and plan to buy all our new kitchen appliances there this year.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They did a great job explaining all the new features and helped me find ones that fit my needs!! Very easy to set up times and what I need to do once delivered! Definitely would recommend this store for anyone looking for appliances! Great job!!

My boyfriend and I went to the sears outlet hoping to buy a washer and dryer. We received great customer service from Marissa, and she helped us every step of the way! She was very knowledgeable about appliances and the washer and dryer we wanted to buy. It was a great experience! And we got a great deal!

Very disappointed when I was looking at refrigerators and having them deliver it. They told me they could not guarantee that they would be able to deliver it without causing some cosmetic damage. That is the whole point of having them deliver. Unexceptable, left without purchasing.

Wow just purchased this last weekend a replacement appliance! Just got great services even with the store being busy. Andrea took her time to make sure the transaction was done correctly the first time and kept the transaction going smoothly.

We bought an over the range microwave and electric stove in February2014. A year later today the microwave stopped heating food. Thank God that I bought the warranty. It worked good for a little bit of time.
