I am specifically giving two stars to the customer service desk area! A young lady (first name starts with an A) has such an attitude. No smile and poor service. Actually made comments in front of my while I was waiting an hour for the locksmith that she was doing too many tasks at once....really? She never left her chair! When another woman helped me and apologized for the long wait, Girl with the "A" name rolled her eyes. I am disappointed that it took one employee to make me write a review like this that can affect the whole store because everyone else has been great!

We were just at the orland park Home Depot where there was no one to be found for help. Came to this store and not only found the cabinets we searched for but had such a great experience with Shahid, helped my husband and I step by step with all our plumbing questions and even showed us how to cut some costs. Hes great! Store is clean and well stocked, all associates were friendly and greeted by everyone.

OMG, store associate tells me what to do to order measuring service, I make the call only to be told I have to come back to the store to make a selection. I have the selection from my visit to the store and was prepared to give that over the phone but department manager would not take, insists that I come back to the store..to me this is bad customer service I will be going elsewhere.

Diamond Asphalt Sealcoating

I love this place, we own Diamond Asphalt and Sealcoating, and we buy all our lutes, rakes and brooms here. I cant say enough great things about the girls at the service & return desk. They will bend over backwards to help you out. If you cant find help just go to that desk and they will resolve it. The girls there are the real people in charge of that store.

Bad customer service. I usely shop at Menards but they where out of stock what I need so I tried home Depot so asked for help wich was the ladys job she was rude and igernt so much I wasted my time to put review and I am calling corporate on her.

Rental department associates dont know anything about their equipment. They recommended the wrong machine and when I complained, they told me I should go online to research myself. Go rent somewhere else that has real professionals to assist you.

I havent had any better experience is here, the people that Ive talked to have been very helpful and they have always had what I needed. I would recommend this Home Depot.

Love this Home Depot, everone is super nice and treat you like family. A lot of the staff has been there since the beginning which says a lot in todays work place.

Customer service desk staff is not interested in solving problems. Out of stock items are told basically "youre out of luck."
