If I could give this place zero stars, I would. By far the worst self-service junkyard Ive ever dealt with. Very rarely have anything Im looking for. Prices seem fair, til you take the part to the counter and a $20 part gets nit-picked up to $80. If you pick up a whole assembly its cheaper to get it at a full-service yard. Cars are grossly disorganized, used to be at least sorted by make, now its just foreign/domestic/trucks. Sales are a joke. "Wild Wednesdays" are 10% off radiators and radios and nothin else. Yeah, you guys are "wild". Other places are doing 50% off days, and youre marking down two parts. Sounds more like youre fulfilling contractual obligations. Suggest using as a last resort only!

Worst phone service ever experienced! Called in to get a quote for my old car. Pushed 1 for price quote on vehicle. First lady answered and asked how she could help me. I asked for a price quote on a car. Her second question was to ask me to hold. I said sure and after a minute I heard dial tone. Called back right away and spoke to a different lady who went mute mid conversation then gets back on the phone after my third hello and starts laughing. I asked her why shes laughing and she says shes not. Ok. Then she immediately goes into a scripted rant about how they could offer me $125 without even asking for the mileage on my car...I told her where she could put that as she was ranting about a free tow or some bs

Used to come here all the time 3 years ago. Ive slowly stopped since theyve changed managers and the people that work at the window and counter. Some of the prices are hit and miss too. A new front brake calipers for my car cost $22. They want $20 for used ones I have to pull. Someone wanted to charge be $25 for a piece of dash trim I ended up buying on eBay shipped for $12. You really have to look at the pricing sheet before assuming that everything is cheaper. Gave them two stars instead of one for the few great people that still work there and some of the great deals they have.

Our car was sold to pick-n-pull at approximately 1:30pm and we realized the next morning that we had left a recently purchased bag of dog food, cat food, and chicken scratch in the car. We called them and we were referred to the manager. She was very rude and just kept stating their policy regarding items left in the vehicle. There was no empathy for our situation and stated she did not have time to look for them. Their customer service was very poor and I would not recommend them or do business with them again.

Most the inventory here is raped before it hits the yard it seems. Weekends are not recommended by me, unless you feel like fighting over cars. Alot of cars have graffiti, and it seems like someone loves baseball, because all the side view mirrors are completely destroyed. Not to mention everything is overpriced.

So my car to pick him pull they were fast efficient only thing different that I did not like was I was quoted a price that they would buy it for online and over-the-phone but when you get there the price changes if they have to pick it up but the cute girl behind the desk Rubi made up for with her smile

The guys were really rude in the "customer service" area. Didnt seem interested in helping me find what I needed. They had the tires I want at a decent price, but I didnt purchase them because they made me feel like I did not belong there. Maybe because I am a white person!?

Ill be honest Im not a car person, but I would say that this is one of the coolest places Ive ever seen. You just pay a few bucks to get in and you get someone to locate your vehicle, then you go out there and try to salvage some pieces. Overall a good experience.

Awesome place to go for used parts if you dont mind getting your hands dirty. Check online inventory before going to the location to make sure they have the vehicle listed that you need parts for.

Its a self-service junkyard only somewhat organized. Takes a long time to walk around and locate the make and model you need. Then hope vehicle isnt missing part you need. Bring your own tools.
