There were five employees and none of them would help the next customer. It was the worst feeling standing there looking at 5 Guys standing around talking to each other when there was a line of 4 customers waiting. I wanted to yell at them to get off their dead butts! And then I had the employee try to argue with me about the shock absorbers I was buying he told me I had to buy another one when I know that they come in a set of two. I had to make him go get them off the shelf ( it took him literally 10 minutes to find them and get back to the front) and open the box to show him there were two in a box. I would go to Baxters or OReilly or Kinects before I go back to that AutoZone

In order to save the most money, this is one place where joining their Rewards program really makes sense. The prices are mostly competitive, but all the little things that you get throughout the year really add up. It is nice to get that Rewards bonus. It seems like different stores stock different selections behind the counter. If one store doesnt have what youre looking for, theyll check the inventory and send you to a nearby store that has what you need. Ive been sent to the Harmony Road & 82nd store a couple of times for odd parts. Maybe the store on Division is just a smaller one. -Nathan

Great place for auto parts and supplies. While I like to support small business when I can, AutoZone is a good go-to for most of your needs and generally has the most common parts in stock. While it can have bursts of being busy at times, its usually quick and the staff is always very proactive and super helpful, coming out to the floor to help you, and the prices are very reasonable. Great hours, open late when youre working on that evening project, and you can check online to see if a part is in stock before driving over (or pay online and pick up in store).

In the last month Ive ordered three parts from this location, each one has been wrong. When I come into exchange or return it and figure out where the issue occurred they dont apologize they dont give me a discount theres no customer service. This place is trashed. Car ignorant and untrained employees. Id rather Pay more at Baxters and Knechts and get good customer service from somebody that actually knows cars.

While on vacation from another state, our Saturn lost its rubber bushing for the drivers side windshield wiper and we managed to find this Autozone on accident. When they didnt have the part we needed (after opening boxes on the universal ones and trying them), the employee then managed to help us rig it together until we can get home and get the right part - amazing service, Id absolutely go back if I lived here!

Had a warning light on my dash on telling me that I had a bulb out. One of their associates came out and did a thorough check of every light on my car, hooked me up with the missing bulb, and put it in for me with absolute professionalism. He was also really hot. And completely ignored how filthy my car was, like he didnt notice. I couldnt have been happier with the service i received. So great.

Worst experience I ever had buying just car oil and filter. There was no other customers, just me. Are usually when I buy oil for car they are very helpful in finding the right filter and oil. Matt B, just give me the information and said its right there go find it, unlike looking at me youre done here go away. I would never come back here again

I have been here 3-4 times. Every time I have been treated like I was an inconvenience. The manager didnt even try to help me after I asked to speak with him. The bigger white guy with darker hair is very rude and should be fired immediately. I had him treat me like crap 2 times. DO NOT GO HERE.

They couldnt careless if you get the right part or not. All they want is to sell sell sell. Dont care if its the right part or the wrong part just get it sold and get the customer out of the store. Thats the customers problem let the customer Worry about it.

Staff are extremely slow, you will sit in line for 20+ minutes while one employee assists customers and 6 others are in the back chit chatting and doing anything other than helping customers.
