Used to be friendly. Was told to come by and pick up a part after 8am. When I came by at 1130 was rudely told to leave because the part wasnt ready. When I informed him that I was told the part would be here by 8am he told me whoever that employee was is a liar. Very curt, very rude. Pretty sure this is the same guy that when I asked if they had a specific fuse he curtly informed me that he didnt carry them. When we looked it was sitting there in the isle. Be prepared for a bad experience

Christopher was the man today. I came in with a bucket full of old parts and he quickly and efficiently rounded up everything I needed to bring my 454 powered 83 Chevy 4x4 back to life. I was impressed with his ability to think "Outside the box" (and Im talking about knowing things he couldnt look up on the computer). It was very refreshing to deal with a parts person who knows about engines. Thank you.

Came in and got some equipment for my car. Later on I had to return it because I bought the wrong item, but I didnt have my receipt. They were friendly and helpful enough to let me return my item and exchange for the correct part. They even helped me make sure I was getting the right part this time around.

No one offered help even though business was dead and they didnt even stock simple relays with the fuses and flashers. They were un-knowledgeable and probably had no mechanical experience.

Prices are high. Smaller store. Had to wait in line because only one person was working the front desk. Other than that, its a fine place to shop.

Staff not that knowledgeable, but pretty friendly. Can run low on stock of items frequently. Missing a lot of loan a tools.
