I used to love this place, went there for all my parts and auto needs first. Now you stand there for 5mins at the register, ready to pay, and no one even acknowledges you . Ive walker out frustrated, with out my stufff, the last 3 times because no one will take my money. I get there are assisting someone at the back counter, but i expect a "be right with you" at the very least, just so you know they are aware of you and will be getting to you asap. I dont know if they are just understaffed or what, but the quality of service has declined a lot over the last couple of years. Time to find anothet go to place, ill try again in a while, after the manager figures it out!

Bear & Bunny Embarkment

If there was a button for zero stars I would rate it as that. I went in to ask for a rebuild kit for a g10 3 banger, and of the employees began to convince me that it would be better if I bought a new motor. I thought they were suppose to sell us what we needed not tell us what to do. Ive been a mechanic since my child hood and this guy had no business telling me this, then he told me he had to contact his supplier just to get the part. And that was gonna take 3 days just to contact them. Horrible service and horrible attitude.

This place is phenomenal! Im super car savvy, but every time I am in this location, I learn something new AND... when Im ready to go down some mechanical or electrical "rabbit hole", Aaron or Dorris are there to help. They ALWAYS source top of the line parts at the best price. Basically, I love them. Ill be recommending that my company go to them for fleet parts. If I can trust my personal rig, then I know they will take care of our 200+ service vehicles. Hooray for Baxter!

Let me tell you about A-A-ron. This guy, is a 100% total badass. He helped me replace a flat tire in under 5 minutes with word for word tutorial of every single step! We would recommend this guy to God and Country, so come to this manly man for anything and everything related to tires! Flat tire? This guy! Fix a flat? This guy! No tires? This guy! Need a priest or a baptism? Im sure he can squeeze you into his tight schedule of wrestling bears and lions.

I love this place ive been buying parts from them since I could check spark plugs. They are always helpful, friendly, and there prices are competitive. Even though they are more focused on muscle cars they always have the part for my Subaru on the shelf or a few hours away.
