These guys and gals are great! Their consistent level of service has created a loyal customer out of me. Its like night and day between them and ORileys (AZ wins). To give a name out there, Billy at this location is a great great guy. Dont let his appearance fool you, hes a wealth of information and few things could make him happier than to help you figure out how to fix your car. Dont waste your time anywhere else! Take your time, problems, questions, and business to them!

Was accused of being a thief. I was there to buy parts for my Jeep. The woman that first helped me was very good, helpful and friendly. The a jerk came out to finish the transaction. I complained to manager about how I was treated and nothing was done and the promised call never came.

I had to make an emergency stop at Auto Zone, because my battery was not holding a charge. As soon as I walked in they were ready to help me. They got me a battery and even installed it in my vehicle for free!

They sold me a battery that went bad after 8 months. Still under warranty so i got another one. Still an issue i didnt want. Closest auto parts store to my house. Not the cheepest but whatever.
