My experience in that store before 2015 it was ok........now if want to go to a good store go to the one in the city or the one in Brooklyn, hell go to the one in Poughkeepsie ,N.Y. 2 of the staff were lazy, 1 look like and acted like he belongs in a dayroom..........DSR the time I came in I knew I was being turned around( taken for a spin ). The only one who was actually doing something was a young women who was extremely professional courteous and friendly and was able to help my friend. Customers are the highest priority PERIOD!!!!! The prices are good on specific things. If you want a laptop go to Ebay or craigslist because the prices are terrible. They wanted $399 for one of those funky white macbooks from when I was a kid lol. The prices for smartwatches, Bamboo tablet are incredible. The workers seem pretty lazy and a bit moody. The guy who helped me was nice but I am good at watching the room the other workers were so distant and not willing to help. I have the store a high rating because the prices and inventory. I dont need the workers to be my best friends so the store is def worth a trip.

WARNING READ THIS!!!! Went there for a used phone the worst experience! Bought the phone went home and charged it, Also got a new sim card etc. After a full charge I notice the phone was not reading the sim card. I paid in cash so I went to return it exactly how they sold it. The phone was not even 4hrs old btw the ride from and to the store is 45 mis each way. They gave me a hard time about returning my money back and gave me a F**KING CREDIT, When I paid in cash not even 4hrs ago. I would expect this from criminals not a !!!!BUSINESS!!!! May 6 2015

This place is a little more spacious than their other location on 14th street....but thats about it. The staff here seems very distant and its hard to know their procedures when they lazily explain it to you, as the industrial rock plays in the background. Their offer prices dont match up with whats on the site. And who you sell to changes the price your given almost immediately. Its not too bad and the area is nice. Its a step above the 14th street spot...but thats just a minor step.

Very bad experience. They sold me a broken nikon camera lens , than i tried to return it and all you can get back is store credit. Now it is almost Christmas, i cant get my money back and they dont know when they going to have another lens like that. This store is a joke....and it is not even funny.

It was horrible. I bought an Xbox360 remote and was told by the cashier that they were tested and guarantied to work. Once I got home I put new batteries in and it did not work at all. Also the quality of the remote was horrible. There was dirt on the bumpers and triggers

Great service to sell, horrible service afterwards. Was told they had a two-day return policy, but when I tried to return item within two HOURS after purchasing, I was told could only get store credit. What a scam.

staff is fairly slow (but they are friendly!!!). Customer line (queue) barely moves. Staff is not very efficient. Only shop there if you have a couple hours to waste :) but the selection is nice and cheap!

I went tonight to buy an iPhone, they had two. Both phones would not even charge for me to purchase. Rushed to Queens for nothing, waited for 30-40 minutes for nothing, left the store with nothing. -__-

Be careful of the phones. Some are international and will not have all the features of this country. Watch out for their waranty, they will not stand behind their products when something goes wrong.

Service is slow when there is no business going on. Said it would take 20 mins to test my console that I was selling to them but it took them a whole hour instead on a slow day.
