I dont write reviews very often, but I have to share my experience. I think this store deserves to be shut down, or at the very least get new general managers. Let me tell you about my experience at this location. First, I walked in around 9am on Tuesday, ready to buy all necessary parts and supplies for an oil change and maintenance for my truck. Probably would have spend over $300. There is only one other customer in the store that is being helped out by a fat white guy with a beard. There is no "Hello" or any acknowledgement from him. I patiently waited for about 5 minutes behind the customer for my turn. right as this customer was finishing up, another customer walked in and goes straight to the counter bypassing me. I thought that he might have a quick questions, but after he jumped the line and the GENERAL STORE MANAGER BY THE NAME OF "BOB" proceeded to help him, instead of me, i asked him: " is there a reason why you are helping somebody else who cut in line, instead of me at this point?" His response was, that this customer was here 30 minutes ago and therefore gets to jump the line. he was extremely rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. I said that if a customer walks in 2 hours ago, and then tells you that he will be back, are you going to stand around and not help anybody until he comes back. where i get a response: "Have a good day" After i asked him for his name, he lied and said that his name is Joe. I was upset. i walked outside and there was another representative outside. I asked what this guys name was, and he told me that he is the General Manager by the name of BOB. I recommend that everybody stays away from this store and especially from BOB. This guy deserves to be fired. I filled a formal complaint with corporate immediately. I will update the status as more information becomes available. also they had inappropriate radio station playing that was talking about sex. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, UNLESS YOU ENJOY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I was at this location today and observed the manager of the location mistreating a customer who seemed to be next in line, but was ignored and left to wait while the manager tended to the needs of another customer who came in after him. This manager was an overweight caucasian male with a white beard and his actions today made me question whether or not I wanted to give Advance Auto Parts one more penny of my money. To elaborate more on the issue, the mistreated customer previously mentioned kindly told the manager that he was there first and he wanted to be helped, after which the manager replied something along the lines of "If you arent happy then you can leave". I have rarely witnessed such poor management and customer service and for that reason as well as everything I saw there today collectively, I will no longer be shopping at Advance Auto Parts. If a company cant train their management properly, they dont deserve me as a customer. The manager in question deserves to be fired immediately.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Theres NO WAY these positive reviews are legit. I bought a pair of battery terminals because I thought mine were bad. Turns out that they werent. But when I attempted to return them, UNUSED AND WITH A RECEIPT, Chandler said that they were used and would not not take them back. He could not give me a legitimate reason why he thought they were used because they had no signs of wear, dirt or oil, not to mention that they were in the original packaging. He even threatened me when I asked him to show me how the terminals were used. Even if I have to drive 10 extra miles to get to Autozone, Ill NEVER use Advanced Auto Parts again.

My local AAP usually provides a great buying experience. The team members are typically kind and friendly. However, I went to return a $5 product today and was met by a very hostile and impolite manager. He wouldnt even give me his last name when asked and was resistant against providing me with the district managers contact information. I ended up having to contact the corporate office, which was far more pleasant. In short, AAP extends great customer care on average; however, I would steer clear of this location, or at the very least avoid the manager there. A couple miles drive up the road to the next location may be worth the gas and time.

The worst customer service!!! Went in for a battery check on 12/31/16 at 5 pm. 3 Guys behind the counter (1 was suppose to be a manager). The store was not busy. The manager comes out to check the battery, he did nothing to check it, then goes back inside. I go back in to see what was up with the battery check, his reply...."The cables are dirty, you need a new battery". WHAT? You didnt even check the battery. I dont usually complain, however this was the worst store ever.

Went there today for what I thought to be a brake switch problem, however, the young man who helped me, darn I forgot his name thought it might be a button on my brakes instead. Anyhow, this person took a look at my car and solved the issue. Great help!!!

Maybe its not this location, but Advanced Auto Parts as a chain, but they consistently give me the wrong parts when there is little room for error. In addition, overpriced, very hands-off approach to customers, and few quality selections.

I cant believe I made the mistake of coming here. Just bought a battery and the guy cant install it. He then gets called in before he is done so he leaves me waiting with my hood open without a battery.

Sold me a dented, returned oil filter. Communication was poor. I asked direct questions and did not get clear answers. Update: Manager called regarding issue. Updated from 1 star to 2 stars.
