I returned form a trip and discovered that my rear view mirror had fallen off.... Went to Honda and they informed me that they did not do this kind of work. I was told to go to an auto parts store and purchase the glue to replace it on the windshield. Needless to say I was very bummed. Live in condo, parking is in a very large lot and at 77 years old do not want to deal with that kind of chore. But since it is necessary to have a rear view mirror, on 6/26/15, I entered the Advance Auto Parts store in Pembroke Pines with some trepidation. Fortunately Daryl A. asked if he could help me. Was he a blessing.... He not only found what I needed, he proceeded to help me a fix the mirror to my windshield. You have a customer for life. It was so pleasant to have such gracious customer service. Thank you, Daryl and thank you Advance Auto Parts for hiring and encouraging such helpful employees.

Went there to get a 16 gauge fusible link, and all they had was a 14 gauge. The clerk said he could order one and have it in he morning. I said fine. He looked in the computer, and said I would have to leave $4.75, and he would order it. I looked on the screen and all it said was fusible link, and the part number, and the cost. I asked the clerk how he knew it was a 16 gauge, when the stupid part description didnt even tell what gauge of wire the link was. He said he didnt know for sure what size it was......he said he was hoping it would the right size. Not really the clerks fault, he was very helpful.....it was the companies fault for not having an accurate description of the part.

Anthony and Dillon were a great assistance with trying to change my ignition coils to my 98 Camaro. I literally went inside their store like 11 times and each time Anthony was ready to try another option . I appreciated their work when most employees would have ignored me after the 5th time coming in. Thank you.

I cant believe you expect customers to shop in an a store without working air conditioning in fact it has been out since December. You will not see me in there again. Those poor workers in there. They must convey a Real happy working relationship.
