Great place to shop for auto parts, they have knowledgeable and presentable employees. Parts are always available, although sometimes they may have to ship it from another location but I still get my part. The competitors have a reward program, but at Advance auto parts they have SPEED PERKS REWARDS that give me a $20 coupon in my email a few days later if I spend $100 or more before taxes. They also have a fuel rewards program that is linked to the speed perks rewards. Napa gives you only $5 for every $100 spent.

Always quick and very friendly service. Very professional and helpful. There always seems to be at least two cashiers at all times, so there are no lines. Parking lot usually has plenty of spaces as well. Its a smaller auto parts store, so there is not that many OTC products available compared to pep boys or Auto Zone....but they have a full selection of any vehicle parts you may need for your import or dometic.

Terrible Customer service and foul language between the store associates in front of all the customers. Sold me the wrong part, so I had to make two trips and then acted annoyed that I wanted to return the part. I will never shop there again.

Defiantly one of my favorite advanced. They are pretty busy but they still seem to get me out at a decent pace. There have been times the line is ridiculous but its a very busy store.
