Terrible! I was the first to enter the store on 4th of July, 1 male unlocked the door, turned and walked off, I was not greeted. I then ask for a headlight for my car but was told they dont install it. Was given the wrong bulb, had to drive back and install it myself. Received no apology for the inconvenience or anything. Save your money and go elsewhere. Very rude. No manners. Zero courtesy.

Nice over all location with good inventories. Shelves are stocked nicely. However, checking out can be an uncivilized experience. There are usually multiple check out stations, but no clear line. You anxiously wait your turn while hoping no neanderthal would cut the line. Auto Zone doesnt really track whos supposed to be next so come with patience.

Called in to see of they had some tools to rent, when I got there one of the tools was damaged so I had to find another store that had the other tool, I just wished they would have told me they didnt have everything I need from the beginning.

I love this autoparts store, if you regularly get parts get the rewards program, lots of savings, but even if u need something small they are quick and pretty smart to help you out, I go out of my way to visit this store

I was told they dont offer a military discount on any thing under $110 dollars i called another store and they informed me that is not the case i used to come here alot but the service keeps getting worse go to napa!
