The reason i am giving one star is the way I been treated. To start when its my turn to see the associate, I explain to him the battery problem O was having and said that I wanted to buy a new one. So he comes out the store with me and test the battery, and says that a simple charge would work, but since i was in a little rush i just opted to pay and buy a new one. The guy went back in store and didnt come back for 10 minutes, so I decided to go back in there and check, thats when i saw him with another customer (ok I understand, you wanna get that 2 person line done, with your associate buddy working with you.), meanwhile some random guy took the matter in his own hands and started cleaning my battery. So then I see the guy coming out with another customer and i was like what the hell already. So i just decided to come back later since i was in a rush, and when i gently tried to advise the guy i was coming back later his answer was: I dont care. REALLY? This type of person a chain store has in its sales crew? I am very disappointed, and from now on I will drive 5 miles further to be decently treated at a different auto parts store.

I am never excited to go in here because it means my car is acting up but the staff is always helpful and they tend to have the products that I need to fix my car. I can not tell you the amount of times I stop in for oil or windshield wipers if this place didnt exist I would not be driving my car.
