Took my battery which was still under warranty because my car was stalling o me. Wanted me to wait 30 minutes as they charged battery to see if it was the battery or my alternator. Was the battery. If a customer has to wait at the stoe, should have some place to sit. One of the clerk was kind enough to found a chair for me to sit after I asked. Maybe a small sitting space in the store to accommodate those who are waiting for service, especially older customers.

Not very helpful. I asked for a specific part and got sold a much more expensive one, claiming that was the right one. I searched online and they had the original part in stock! Had to return the first, expensive e item and look for the correct one by myself. No help from the staff. Next time I asked again for what I was looking for and was sent to the wrong isle. So this place is not helpful at all.

This store is a piece of sh... they sold me a fuel filter and it didnt work on my van (just open the box and compare with existing one with touching anything) ... 1 day later i stopped by to return it and they refuse and accused me to try to return a filter that was not sold in that store. Dont spend your time with this store.

Horrible place, one the sales person, Mr, Ramon think that he own the place and treat the costumers with arrogance. They advertised free oil filter if you buy five quarter of the MOVIL1 , them they said that they do not have the filter and make to pay for it.

Ryan and Steve were so helpful and so knowledgeable. The guys went out of there way to help me get what I needed, and from my experience with all the other auto parts stores in Miami the employees are rude and dont have a clue what they are doing

Convenient auto parts store right on US1, easily visible. Very well stocked, this is one of their larger stores. The employees are very nice and helpful.

New manager Javier is awesome, the store is getting better every time. Employees are more on point and faster. The store is cleaner and more organized.
