After buying the wrong oil labeled "full synthetic" instead of "synthetic blend" the previous day, my mom and I went to exchange the oil for the correct one. I mind you, we did not open it or tamper with the cap; we put it in the trunk and left it there until the return. We walked into the store, we received no greeting or assistance as we stood at the counter for about 4 minutes. So we walked to the back of the store to pick up the new oil and went back up to the counter. We asked the cashier there if we could exchange the current bottle of oil for the new one. She looked at the bottle (i of course assumed she was looking to see if the bottle was open, which it wasnt) and then started to untwist the cap. It took her around 3-5 minutes to get the cap off. Finally the cap came off (slightly still attached) and she says "we cannot take this, its open). Confused, I tell her that we didnt open it, explained the situation, showed her the receipt, and said that its not compatible with our vehicle anyway so it was not opened or used. She repeats her statement. I also explained that if the bottle was opened, the seal would have been separated from the cap (similar to that of a water bottle) and she flippantly says "well i just opened it with the seal still on". I reply that it took her awhile to open it and that if someone were to open, they wouldnt have been so delicate as to not break the seal. The seal was slightly bent on one side which led her to assume that we opened it rather than to think that it may have been bought or packaged as such. So i divert my attention from her and ask another store employee to take a look and she says "i dont know why youre talking to him because im the manager.". I looked at her. She had no name badge or anything that distinguished herself from the average employee but a gray polo shirt. So i asked for a phone number, the store number and her name. She puts her name down as "Wendy" so i asked for a last name for clarification. She says "I dont give out my last name, Im the only Wendy in this store anyway". Truly disgusted at the lack of basic customer service that this store displays and will never return unless its to speak to a regional manager about their employees behavior. Avoid this store at all costs. This is the single worst experience that Ive ever had at an Autozone as well as any store I have ever stepped foot in. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE.

Been waiting in line a while with 6 different employees past in front of me, all loud and cheerful to each other like this was a playground not a business! After i get called with a board tone "NEXT CUSTOMER" i asked the teller about a break light, i tell him what i need, then he tells me he didnt pay attention so I need to repeat! Make/ model/part/ so on he asks me if the bulb is small or big, and refuses to tell me anything untill i get more specific For Gods sake i came in for a break light bulb for a car, I m mechanicly inclined but this was an awful customer service! This is not my first time here at this location, i have been here 3 times and each time similar customer service experience, that is why i left a review! Been in customer service for years Thanx for your business AutoZone

Love this auto store. Prices about average and they perform different test on paets of your engine for free. They also have at least one or more selections of whatever part or liquids you need. They will also put you on their email list for specials and give you a card. So you can earn points for paying a certain amt. That you can redeem on products there quickly.

Took my Civic in for a scan and had to tell the Assistant Manager how to use his ODB II scanning device. It was the single worst experience Ive had at AutoZone. The guy was talking to me like I was an idiot. I guess in the end he at least knows how to use the scanner properly. Not going here again.

Laziest people I have ever dealt with ask the lady that answered the phone on 10/3/16 at 2:44 pm to see if they had a repair manual in stock and told me I cant help you, you have to come to the store in person to check Ive never heard such a thing so much for customer service!

Horrible horrible horrible service....no.one asked.if.i needed help ...then when I asked for help finding a part, the woman just pointed and continued her conversation with her coworker....I will never go there again, and recommend no one else does.

The manager is untrained and that alone tells you about his staff. I waited 30 minutes for the only employee that knew how to operate the diagnostic machine. This is definitely a company that doesnt focus on customer experience/service.
