So, I come in needing a new battery. I tell them my make and model and year and all that, and they use the computer to narrow down the battery (I COULD HAVE DONE THAT). Of course the "only" battery that can run in my car is the $100 "Gold" one. I ask for something cheaper, they literally say "we have more expensive ones." I give in and buy it, then the guy bundles in "terminal protectors" and "connection gel" (BS products, if the battery is so good, why do I need extra contraptions?) without telling me hes charging me for them. It doesnt end there, I go outside to remove my old battery and put in the new one. I go back inside and ask the guy "which goes back on first, ground or positive?" He tells me ground and Im a little unsure because I coulda sworn you put on positive first. Sure enough, I put on the ground and start to put on the positive and sparks start flying. I almost killed myself because of this twit. Oh, and it doesnt even end there! I go in to wash my hands in the bathroom… THERES NO SOAP. I tell them theres no soap and they just stare at me. Do you want me to BUY the soap? What a crappy location. If youre in the area, roll your car to a mom and pop or take up bicycling instead..
