Absolutely horrible Felix sucks and not friendly at all. No compassion or care for the job. I feel they dont deserve even one star. Thanks Felix for making me make 3 trips because you decide to close early. Glad all this gas is coming out of my pocket. Also asked for the"district managers"number and he gave me 1877advance. Im not stupid not the district managers # thanks for considering me to be a useless idiot.YALL DONT DESERVE ANY STARS!

Went in for a new battery. They said my battery is fine but my alternator is bad. Purchased the alternator for $150 and had a mechanic install it for $60. Next day my car still doesnt start. Went back, they said my battery was bad. So I had to buy a battery for $130. Now Im out $200+ for absolutely no reason. Theyre just salesmen trying to make commission. They know little to nothing about cars. Wont be back. Ever.

As a commercial account holder its a headache. Wrong parts, parts dont fit, and customer svc. Is a joke warranties suck. Jeff, clyde, and angie are knowledgeavle and can help find difficult parts bobby and charles are always friendly and helpful, but are part time and lack a fullness of understanding of application. 2 stars bc its still better than autozone

Went in on 2-8-2015 for a check engine light diagnostic. A very helpful lady there got me sorted out and saved me some serious cash. Very positive experience, will be going there for auto parts from now on.

Nice staff. Store is somewhat disorganized. Easy to get in and out of. When talking with staff about a part that they thought they had more of, he openly admitted they had trouble with theft.

Conveniently located off the highway across from McDonalds the staff is extremely helpful even to the point of sending me somewhere else when I needed it
