I was very excited when the Container Store opened a store in Reston. Unfortunately, the new store lacks one key feature - customer service. I tried to return some merchandise that had a sticker with the purchase price on it, but the shift manager (Dec 1, 2013. 3pm) refused to honor the price I purchased the item for, instead he refunded the current discounted price. The price difference want worth me arguing with him over. What bothered me is that I usually get such great costumer service at the Container Store, but this managers attitude really made me rethink if the Reston store will be as great a convenience as I originally thought.

Container Store is the BEST place to shop of home organization and handy helpers!! Good travel section, great wrapping paper and goods, storage of all kinds, fun gadgets, office supplies, kitchen supplies and helpers! The staff is ultra-helpful and always pleasant. Their rewards program is definitely worth joining because they keep track of your purchases so if you have to return something you dont have to hunt for the receipt! They also have parking spots in front dedicated to web shoppers who want to pick up their purchases.

I dont know why I bother coming to this location. I have tried three times to find a lockable box, and I have never once actually been able to find an employee to help me. I live in Reston, and I will only go to the Tysons location from now on

The amount of products is amazing, but just about everything in the store can be found online for loads cheaper. Great store to roam around and get ideas, though.
