I dont write reviews, but Ive been to this store multiple times and everytime is the same experience, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I dont understand how ALL the employees are bad at customer service. Therere too much to complain. They scan my coupons, and took it, but once I got home, my coupons were not applied to my purchase. I tried to exchange an item because it was broken when I opened it and they would not do an even exchange without a receipt. They always look grumpy. They complain about their jobs in front of customers. Fabrics are not put back where they belong. Fabrics have stains. I rather drive the extra miles to the Joann located in Leesburg than across the streeth to this Joann.

Upon Walking into this location, I was immediately overwelmed with tension. The store is poorly maintained, and so cramped you can barely move. Finding what you came for is near impossible. The staff was friendly enough, and working hard to get items cut and people out the door. The frantic pace they had to work to get people out the door is most likely why the store is in such disarray.

Theres an old woman that works here that is the rudest person ever. She has such an attitude when you want to have fabric cut, like damn isnt that your job?! Their yarn selection is also pitiful. Good thing Michaels is right next door! I have to add that there is a younger girl that works here that is so nice. I give her 5 stars but this store gets a 1.

The staff is helpful when you can find them. Other than that, if you need fabric, this is better than the nearby Micheals, for for anything else, just go to Micheals.
