Absolutely horrid service. The first person who "helped" me rambled a bunch of numbers trying to explain their new plans. Terrible sales person. I left the store confused and frustrated. I later returned to the store the same day to make a purchase and stood around waiting for 15 minutes for someone to even greet me. Once someone did, they talked to me like theyd rather be at home taking bong hits. Never felt so angry trying to make a simple purchase. They lost money yesterday, sure it wasnt the first time.

Ive never come across a more inept customer service team. Horrid salespeople that ignored my girlfriend and I for 20 minutes before failing to effectively explain new plans/financing options. Buying a cell phone should never be this difficult.

Jumped right up to help me with a problem I had with my phone, did not understand why they could not do a factory reset. I had to travel to Best Buy to have the guy st the Samsung counter do it (he didnt know why AT&T couldnt do it either)
