I loved this place. This was my first purchase by want and not desperation. I came onto the lot to look around and was pleased with what I saw vehicles wise. Upon speaking with Jeanie, I became impressed. She talked with me about the vehicles I was interested in and was very forth coming. She made me feel comfortable. I didnt feel forced into making a decision nor did I feel like there was information that was not being disclosed. I was allowed several test drives. I was allowed to take the vehicle of interest to my personal mechanic for review. I was given a carfax review. My options were openly covered with me and Jeanie gave me time to think my options over before making a commitment. Some of you readers may think this is how it is supposed to work, but this has not been my experience and I had gone to 5 other lots/dealerships, prior to choosing Quattro Motors. I was very satisfied with my choice and it was just that, my choice and not one that seemed to have been made for me or pushed on me. I will recommend to my friends and loved ones and at the very least, I would give them a solid try. Awesome customer service. Thanks so much for making this decision simple and decisive.

Rude online chat person Tim . Ive been looking for a car to finance before I go back to school but I wanted to know if I would be able to with my part time job being my income . I didnt know how much I made so I asked if I could email a stub and we figure it out and Tim kept pressing me to fill out a application which would be of no help with out knowing my actual annual income ! The reason I gave this place two stars instead of one is because when I was looking for loans a lady mentioned Michigan state credit union which was helpful to students but not in my case since Im too far to do paperwork. When I return to school and start back my full time job I will be financing a car and it WONT BE WITH THEM !

10/10 would recommend. Get the experience and quality of a dealer with the prices of a private sale! We worked with Jeannie and were so happy to encounter a salesperson who didnt pressure us at all. She told us to take our time. She even held our car for a short time so we could think about which one to purchase! She was so personable and genuine. She worked with us on the car price which was below the Kelly Blue Book value. Another additional plus to this business is that they offer a warranty with their used cars! Again, best used car lot experience Ive every had. We are potentially looking for another car and will most definitely be buying from here if we decide we need it.

I was out of town for business when my sons car died. I found a great deal on a Prius II on-line at Quattro Motors and Jeannie was so helpful in answering all my questions, finding us the best deal in financing, and getting all the paperwork prepared, so I could fly in for the weekend, test drive and drive home with exactly what we needed in a very short amount of time. They do a lot of business at Quattro and I can see why!

Just recently bought a 2013 Ford Focus from this dealership and a week after I purchased it I found an issue with the A/C that I hadnt noticed during my test drive. Mike at Quattro Motors took care of this issue for me and didnt charge me an extra penny. VERY satisfied with my experience here. Good price on a good car, I will definitely consider this dealership in the future when I am in the market for a car again.

NO STARS! "Jeanie," the sales representative I spoke with over the telephone conducted herself very unprofessionally. I phoned with questions regarding a vehicle for sale at Quattro. In addition to not being warm or even slightly friendly, she treated my questions with should disdain that I actually thought I had dialed the wrong number -I couldnt be that this person was in sales.

The ease of purchasing my vehicle was just amazing. Jeanie is very friendly and feels like family since Im somewhat of a repeat customer. I came to test drive a vehicle on a Saturday, told her I would be back to buy it, and by Thursday the car was mine! Jeannie was honest, fair, respectful and very helpful. I wanted to give a four star rating, cuz none of the cars I test drove there was detailed, and the interior was not as clean as you expect from a car in a dealership, but again the deal was so good that anything less than a 5 star is not fair.
