I usually dont write reviews, but I always go here for supplies and Ive bought healthy geckos from this store. Ive noticed they take great care of their reptiles! most pet stores will house tons of leopard geckos together on sand, which is the worst possible thing to do because of impaction. This store on the other hand uses Eco Earth or repti-carpet. Also whenever I walk in they usually say hello if they are not busy! keep up the good care for animals.

I took my English Bulldog there to be groomed and they cut his nails so short they bled all over my car and my carpet at home. It happened more then once so when I called to talk to a Manager,I was giving the run around. They said the manager was not available and would call me back. That never happened ,a few days later I called again,Was told the same thing,NEVER AGAIN will we go back there.

Love this store! They have adorable store cats that roam around the aisles while you shop. There are almost always kittens or cats for sale that are really nice to visit. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive bought many hamsters here and got nice items for my cat. Prices are a little more than a grocery store, but thats to be expected.

I was rudely treated by one of the groomers who clipped my dogs toenails and said that I needed to be more patient with my dog basically telling me how to raise my dog. My dog is just a puppy and shy, and hasnt been around other dogs or humans besides my immediate family, and the groomer said that the toenail clipping was on him in a rude way.

I recently got a couple of dogs, and shopped here for most of their needs. I got them groomed once and was satisfied with the result. However, today they were completely shaved to the bone. They no longer look like my adorable golden doodles . They are not even recognizable. I am so disappointed, would never recommend this place.

Been here numerous times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Adopted a cat from there. Im convinced that they take a loss with adopting pets hoping a customer uses them for their pets needs. Fish tanks are an awesome deal when they run the $1 per gallon sales. Pet supplies are on par with any pet speciality store.

The staff here are absolutely WONDERFUL!! They take excellent care of the animals, and are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. They greet you upon walking into the store, and strike up a nice, easy conversation while you are checking out. I prefer to go there for ALL of my pets needs!!

Great place in Highland to shop for most of your pets needs. They have a huge selection of food, good selection of leads and collars, and offer a few pet services for a decent price. Everyone is nice and serves with a smile. Recommended for those that live in the area.

My groomer for my 2 dogs, is Christopher. He works at the White lake store. He is the greatest! My pups give him a hard time, and he still always does a wonderful job!! Thanks Chris! Dont know what wed do without him!!!
