Best place in lower Michigan for natural pet supplies and food. Im able to always get my cats all-natural, grain free, organic food. This is the only place that has it, as we used to find it everywhere in Portland, OR. Michigan doesnt have much of anything, but this place really impressed me. Plus, their customer service cant be beat. Even though I make the trip once a month, they still know my name and what I need. They even offer to take what I buy out to my vehicle. Again, I wouldnt shop or trust any other place for my cats. Plus, its a mom and pop store... not a corporate Petco or PetSmart... which Id never shop at.

I absolutely LOVED this store! As soon as I walked in, they greeted me, and immediately helped me find Acana dog food! He also helped me picked a very healthy meat source fory dog. I work at a different petstore and know a lot about dog food, but what I didnt know, he was very knowledgeable and offered great advice and information. I really appreciated how they treated me in there! He also carried the dog food bag up to the register, and then carried it out to my car for me. I really appreciated how kind and caring they were. They also gave me great advice on dog toys. I will DEFINITELY be going back!

Its the only place that carries Orijen dog food (edit Pet Supplies Plus now carries it). Five star selection but 5 star prices too (which is why I knocked it down to a 4). Orijen is very expensive but its the best grain free food and if youre like me and tried the rest only to have your dogs still having stomach issues its worth the money. If you are concerned about price then you may want to look elsewhere. But the place is always clean and well stocked.

This place absolutely welcomes any and all pets with open arms. I went in with my dog Annie Oakley and they treated us like family. She even got a bag of free healthy treats. I love this place.
