Worse experience ever. Do not go here. I boarded my puppy for about a week and they did not clean him and left him in his own urine and poop. His tesicles turned black and paws were irritated. He came home and diarrhea everywhere. They did not feed him his food. The food I packed were never touched. I called and spoke to Mackenzie and she decided to give it to another manager who was EXTREMELY RUDE. Hung up and they both refused to give me the name of the second "manager" that came on the phone. She even made a comment "call the board on me" and hung up. As they wished. This type of attitude is unacceptable and as if they do not care. So unprofessional and dirty. This is in response to the message "Hey Sandy!, We are sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience however we are not sure how to rectify the situation for you. Your pet played in his own urine the morning of pick up so we gave him a free bath, and You picked him up a few hours later. Upon receiving your email we called and offered you another free bath. When we spoke with you on the phone your use of profanity and refusal to let our managers speak with you about your pets behavior during his stay made it impossible to reach an amicable solution. We care very deeply about all of our customers and their pets and would never mistreat an animal. Thank you again for your business.". YOU DID NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAIL. I had to call to talk to your employee and leave a message IN ADDITION to my MULTIPLE emails. My dog does not "play" in his urine. He is trained and the only reason why he would have a urine burn is because you guys did not clean him and LEFT him in his urine. Do not say my dog "played" in his urine to make it seem like it was his fault and not yours. No I made myself clear on the phone while YOUR manage screamed and yelled on the phone and also HUNG UP. Who hung up on customers and it was you guys that PROVIDED BAD SERVICE. Also, you did not bathe him that day! His hairs was in knots and dry poop everywhere. I have photos and took him to his groomer RIGHT after I picked him up. We found dry poop in between his paws and butt and he had urine burn. His paws were irritated so dont try to say you guys bathe him and offered to bathe him again and charge me. And in order to resolve this you offered a bath! A bath? You should of given him a bath when he was there and now you want to offer a bath? You are ridculous. If you dont want to resolve or refund my money. You can respond to the "board" as you wish since your "manager" can careless and said "report me to the board" and hung up. "We would never mistreat an animal" that is a lie. isnt it funny how most of your boarding customers have the same complaint? IT MEANS SOMETHING. Oh wait I forgot. Your business doesnt care!

Our family adopted a new dog back in February. While inquiring about grooming while at this store one day, the staff suggested the "Puppy Package" - which I was specifically told at the time, included 3 full grooms for $75. I purchased the package and while standing there with my dog asked such questions as, "How long do I have to use these 3 appts because my dog is a Golden Retriever and will only stay small for a few months." Several members of the staff assured me that the package was good for 1 year from the date of purchase. So, my dog goes in for her first groom and receives a full groom and everything is great. 3 months go by, we take her in for the next appointment and everyone begins to tell my husband that the package was not for a full groom but a mini groom and that he couldnt use that package anyway because the dog was to large. Finally after a long drawn out discussion, my husband, the sales lady, and the groomer agreed to combining both $25 visits remaining on our package + $5 additional cash to groom the dog and cancel out the package. This was 2 weeks ago. I decided to give the situation some time to cool down. Today, I called them again and explained that I had just gotten a new puppy although I told the lady on the phone that the dog was a Labrador and asked about the "puppy package" she told me that it consisted of 3 MINI-GROOMS but when I asked if it expired, she adamantly told me that it did not. I asked, "But my dog isnt going to be a small puppy for long. I can still use it then?" and she insisted that I could. I simply think this entire situation was poorly handled on behalf of the store. The store is cute and other than the grooming issue, the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I just feel that the entire situation could have been handled better and more amicably on their side. I could understand that someone made a mistake and sold me something that wasnt presented correctly. However, in the end, we were the ones and the only ones at that, that had to come out of pocket to correct their mistake. As of today, I am rather indifferent to this store. I am unsure if I will shop there again. I do know, that without a doubt, I will use a different groomer going forward.

For a small boutique type pet store, Puppy Pantry carries a huge selection of high quality food, toys and treats. Many of the toys I had previously purchased online are available in store and the prices are actually competitive which was a huge surprise given the upscale feel of the shop. My puppy, who has separation anxiety (I know it sounds ridiculous...), goes to doggy daycare at Puppy Pantry three days a week. He actually goes nuts trying to get into the place in the mornings. While there is always an element of risk when putting strange dogs together in a run, I feel that the staff in the boarding area are knowledgeable and careful and keep my dogs safety a top priority. I also love the fact that dogs who are boarded at Puppy Pantry get to play in the group runs daily at not extra cost! This has never been the case anywhere that I have used for boarding in the past. And on top of everything the price is phenomenal for the service.

My fiancé and I decided to board our dogs here while on vacation. One is 5 years and the other is 7 months. Our dogs were there for a total of 4 day and 3 nights. They came home smelling as if they sat in their own urine and feces the entire time. The smell was completely awful. I know dogs can be stinky but this was beyond anything I have ever smelled. I had to drive with my window down just so I didnt throw up on my way home. I have tried to contact a manager or owner to find out what went wrong and no luck what so ever. I had groomed my dogs the day before they went in expecting them to come home in the same condition I left them in. My puppy was also potty trained and has a doggie door at home and he is no longer potty trained and just keeps going in the house. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! My dogs are like my children and it makes me sick to think how they were handled while there! Useful Funny Cool
