I had been coming here for most of my fish needs I recently got fish that need feeder fish and as most fish keepers know gold fish are horrible feeders as they carry "hole in the head" parasite. so I called this store asking what type of feeders the have and was told they have rosy reds (a safe feeder). I arrive at the store to find out I was lied to as they have comet goldfish as feeders. I asked bout them and was told they were rosy reds. The staff here has no knowledge of the products they carried only know how to run a store not how to care for pets. I will never shop at this location agian.

I live pretty far away from this location, so I called in to see if they had a certain ferret cage. The two girls that I spoke to didnt know what a ferret was! And then you know what they told me after I had to explain it to them? The girls told me, "We have lots of cages. Youre going to have to come and look at them." Their not helpful and definitely dont know how to be professional.

Waited for 20 minutes before leaving for someone to help. The teenage girl at the desk yelled to someone at the back to help a few times and was never heard. They do t seek the filter for the tanks they sell so it was a waste of time anyway. Try amazon instead of going to this store. Prices are lower and service is better.

I will never step another foot in Petsmart. i have four chinchils and Pet Supplies Plus has my business. They are the only ones in the area that carriers my chins food. They they have even ordered stuff for me. I agree the staff could have been a bit more friendly.

great selection of foods. prices are average. staff can be helpful but not always the friendlist. they arent rude or anything like that. sometimes they seem a litle grumpy. i just feel a smile goes a long ways sometimes.

A very good Pet Supplies Plus. I like that its a small local store, and really appreciate all the help the staff gives me when Im there. They are always helpful, friendly and love talking to customers and about animals.

They carry our preferred brand of dog food. Weve always been able to get what we need for our dogs in a timely manner. Overall positive experience, even when bringing our pups with us to the store.

Nice store but they arent consistent. I have visited several times and either they didnt have the fish in stock or worse they were sick!
