This is the nicest store Ive EVER been in to. We happened to stop by to check it out with our pup on a Large Breed Social night and we were apprehensive about taking our 8 month old nutjob back into the seemingly low-key community room. We were repeatedly encouraged by the staff and decided to try it out. Our little guy loved it and played very well with everyone else after he calmed down a bit. The store was incredibly neat, organized and well-kept. They answered all my questions, gave my baby a special treat, and made me feel incredibly welcome. I was beyong impressed. I was also surprised by their prices, which were acrtually lower than Petco on comparable products. I will never go anywhere else for any of my dogs needs. Outstanding first impression.

This is the best pet store Ive ever been to. The people that work there know about every product on the shelf and are very passionate about pets. They are knowledgeable in pets and they also know the community and what type of pet events are going on. They have or can order hard to find products, the staff is great, and their prices are competitive. This is the only pet store Ill be shopping at. 5 stars all day! And I highly recommend them!

This store is the best! The staff is very knowledgeable and make you feel like you belong there right when you walk in. They dont pressure you but there is always a smiling face to say Hi and easy to find someone if you need help. Went on a night when they were having Big Dog Play Night! Jasper and I had a great night! They are always having events like that and adoptions. What a great store! If you havent visited then go!

This is by far the best pet store I have been to. All of their inventory is outstanding and the doggie treats they have look like they came from a 5-star bakery. Also, the two women that work there are INCREDIBLE! They are so helpful and knowledgeable and are always trying to go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you need. Go here, you wont be disappointed.

Gail was such a dear and so helpful. I needed kitty litter and nothing at the the regular pet store was making me happy. She showed me their selection and I found a great one. Bonus - cats love it too. She also helped me carry the litter bag to my car! Next time Ill be getting more. Sorry! They are heavy.

Best place Ive ever been to. We just got a puppy and they helped us with everything. Workers are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Seem to be passionate about this business and thats awesome. I will 100% be coming back here (Ann arbor) and I will definitely suggest to people.

The staff here is wonderful -- they helped me problem-solve some food issues with my cat and are always friendly and helpful. The store has a great selection and I cant help picking up a new (affordable) cat toy every time I visit. I highly recommend PetPeople!

Super friendly staff! (Sometimes too friendly haha ... Probably for theft deterrent which is understandable) Most seem really knowledgeable about product. Lots of great up scale dog food brands, and cool new toys(like the squeaker toy only dogs hear).

Took my pup and she was so nervous, her tail was between her legs. One of the awesome workers came up with treats and helped make her feel better. This placed is more than a pet store.

Great dog bathing facilities. Every staffer was helpful friendly, from taking care of her poop to offering up free treat samples. Also a great selection of products.

Fantastic Experience! My elderly mastiff would not step up into the self wash, so the staff allowed me to wash him outside of the wash basin on the tile floor.

Excellent selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff.. However, with high end selection.. Comes high end price. 100+ for dog beds isnt uncommon here.
