Our experience with this company has been terrible! We purchased a couch back in October! It was set to deliver but we had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts. The operator said no problem and to call back the next day to reschedule. So my boyfriend and I did, the operator we spoke with that day said we cant reschedule for three days because our account was locked. We told her that we were just following the instructions of what the other operator told us the previous day but she said there is nothing she could do to help us. So three days past and we call again, this time we were told they gave our couch that we paid for in full away and that it was now in back order. They proceeded to say that they could deliver half of our couch but the earliest they could deliver the whole couch was December 17th!!!!!! I told them we paid for the WHOLE couch and do not want it in pieces so just bring it on 12/17. So, we have been patiently waiting for December 17th and it finally came, we got the couch only, THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG COUCH!!! We called and told them they delivered the wrong couch and that it needs to be picked up and they said they cant do that. Then We said we just want to return it and get our money back and they said sorry, no return policy. The best that can be done is for them to bring the correct couch next Friday 12/23 when we will be out of town for Christmas. This is absolutely absurd that it cant be fixed before then. We have been waiting patiently since October and at this rate we wont have the correct couch until March! What kind of company operates this way and treats their customers who paid for furniture IN FULL! Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! You will regret it, terrible customer service!!

We Purchased a room package December 2011 within a short time the furniture started going flat and the furniture looked terrible! I called Rooms to go and they said we could re-select since we werent happy with the furniture. We went in and picked something more expensive. We were told it was REAL LEATHER in the area where you sit and touch. the sides and back were faux leather, I was ok with that. We have no small children and only two of us live in the household. After 4 years the 2 pieces we sit on the love seat and the recliner started peeling on the head rests. The reclining part on one side of the love seat broke and will not stay shut. The only piece that is in good condition is the one we dont use. The last furniture we purchased lasted 14 years before we replaced it. It was still in decent condition just really needed an update. I reached out to rooms to go sent them pictures and they offered me a little over 700 dollars to return the furniture we paid 2700 for and said we could use it towards a re-selection for equal or greater value. First off I think that amount was not enough and second I dont know that I want anymore of their furniture. I am not happy with their customer service or the quality of their furniture. For some reason the picture I uploaded wont show but the one and it looks fine but the other pictures show the poor quality of the furniture

Has to be the absolute worst customer service Ive ever received. I work in the service industry so I understand that mistakes happen but this is beyond belief.!! First they tell me my mattress will be delivered 7-10 business days & set a date... the mattress never comes after day 13. I call & they said it "must have slipped through the cracks" & that theyll be here the next Monday. Monday rolls around & they DELIEVER ME SOMEONE ELSES MATTRESS. I call to fix it, they said theyll be out Wednesday. Wed rolls around & no one shows up. I call again & they say theres a miscommunication between drivers & theyll deliver on Saturday. Sat gets here & they DONT SHOW UP AGAIN!!! So once again I call... they said there was an error in the system. At this point I ask to speak to a manager & am told the manager is in a meeting but will call when she gets out- never got a phone call. THIS IS ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED. Do NOT go here. Save your time & money & go elsewhere

Beyond upset. Nothing like being told your payment will be less than $100 a month and receiving your bill that is over $250!!! Do not see Raymand. Not only did he mess up our whole order, he sent the wrong box springs that we now have to return. He messed up our accounts, he also LIES! He spoke to me on the phone after calling to complain about how he told me my monthly balance was to be expected to be $80 a month, and the finance company telling me a whole new story of $250. He admitted he knew who I was, he remembers everything that happened between us but coveintly he doesnt remember anything about payments. Even though we stood there in front of the financial section of the store for OVER TWO HOURS working this out and his manager double checking it. I was told a manger would be calling me back today and surprise, surprise, that didnt happen. Military members STAY AWAY! This place needs to go on the black list.

We originally bought a complete living room set and were very please with that, so we decided to go back to rooms to go to purchase a kitchen table. But now I really wish I wouldve gone elsewhere. When they delivered the chairs the first time 3 of the 6 chairs came broken. (Not to mention my husband had to take off work to meet the 4 hour delivery window). The 3 new chairs came in today... and again we have a broken chair. (This time I had to take off work to meet the 4 hour delivery window). Now we have to wait over 2 weeks to have a Saturday delivery so we wont have to take off a THIRD day of work to have the same furniture delivered. Having this many broken chairs has really made me regret my decision ordering from Rooms to go. We still need to buy a bedroom set sometime soon, but we will definitely take our business to someone else after this experience.

I looked all over for a couch and just couldnt find anything that I liked. I finally found something at Rooms To Go. My first salesperson was Marie. She was very nice and helped me place my order, but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the order temporarily. When I came back to re-order the couch last night, Marie was off work. I worked with Kate, who made sure to answer all of my questions and even got management to price match for me, as the couch had increased in price since I had canceled my order! Im not sure how their commissions work, but I assumed that because Marie worked with me first she would still get paid on my order. If thats the case, I am really appreciative of Kate for taking her time to re-input my entire order, answer my questions, and get it for the same price I was originally quoted.
