Check prices! They are claiming to offer good value. And maybe they have some loss leaders or valid deals. But after shopping several stores in the area, we came in here to look at bedroom sets. We had found a solid wood set at another store we liked, but just checking around for other options. Price Point had the exact same set for 30% MORE than the store down the road. At first I thought we werent reading the sign right, and maybe it was for more pieces than the other store. The salesman came over and explained that a bed frame is 3 pieces= 1 headboard, 1 footboard, and 2 rails. (LOL. They all do this, so silly. ) I looked again. I had the prices from the other store written down, Im sure about this. For example, one piece, the chest, PP had for $800, the other store for $600. Actually, 33% more. And of course, they had the fake inflated MSRP on the sign crossed out to trick you into thinking you are getting a great deal. Stunned, we walked out. Compare prices if it is important to you to save money! If you are willing to pay hundreds more for the same furniture, shop here. It really makes me angry because their advertising seems to be targeting people who need to watch their budget the most.

TheOne&Only Sensational

All I wanted to buy was a black chester dresser. It was a Sunday. I called that Monday and asked was my purchase at the store yet and the woman on the phone said yes. So on Tuesday I went to go pick up the dresser with the help of some family. A guy starts loading a strange shaped box into the car and me and my family are looking at it strangely because it didnt look it a box that had a dresser inside. Then he also starts tying to load other boxes into the car! I said wait is this all my dresser??? The guy said " Dresser? Didnt you have 2 twin beds? " I was like what no I bought a dresser! So come to find out my dresser was not at the store and the man who sold me the dresser put in the system for 2 random twin beds. So now I have to wait until Thursday to get my dresser so they offered to ship it to my house for free.

This place simply stated is AMAZING. We shopped around for two days and was more impressed with the customer service here than anywhere else. We did find a few deals slightly cheaper, but they were willing to work with us on price to come out better and you cant put a price on the level of customer service received. Jim Roberts was our salesman. I have to say he definitely went above and beyond. The level of customer service we received turned our living room purchase into an entire house being redone with new furniture. Thanks Price Point Furniture, the management, customer service staff, the delivery crew and most importantly, Jim Roberts! Forever loyal customers, Nichole and Johnathan.

The selection, prices and specials were great. The employees were helpful and friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we were told if we called before 2:00PM our chairs would be delivered the next day. We had hauled our sofa away to the dump and when I called for delivery, I was told it would be 3 days before delivery could be made. I love my recliners now that they are here.

my sofa was broke when it was delivered... so I didnt sign off on it. I was promised a replacement... it took 2 extra months to get the original furniture.. the replacement still has not been delivered. And its the same old story the truck is late . I Will Never ... Ever do business with price point again. Hopefully I will get a replacement soon . I have already made ,4 payments,!!!

We had our furniture delivered today, and it looks as lovely as it did in the store. I spend quite a while searching for the best quality for the best deal. Price Point Furniture blew the other choices out of the water. The delivery fee was fair and the staff were helpful (not pushy). Too bad they dont deliver to Memphis so my mother-in-law can buy from them too!

I ordered a 7 piece queen bedroom set and a couch from them and am absolutely, completely satisfied! They know how to drive a bargain while providing exceptional customer service. I may just do business with them again a few years down the road when I buy a house. Dont let the sketch sounding name (in my opinion) scare you away, theyre great.

Great experience! We bought our first set of furniture at a larger name brand store and paid a lot so being able to find nice, well made furniture for a reasonable price was awesome! Their sales team are friendly and dont pressure you. They call you several times before delivery to confirm. Very professional, will be back!
