This was and still is the WORST experience ever!!!! I paid in full for a sectional, coffee table, and two end tables, and I paid $95 for it to be delivered. The two end tables are scratched. Im not talking about a small scratch either. It looks as if someone took a screw and scratched the top of one end table and the corner of the other end table. I didnt understand why I had to be the one to keep calling about products that were delivered to me damaged. Finally, I had to drive 30 minutes to the store to speak to someone. The manager, Sam, was EXTREMELY rude to me and I asked to speak to the area or district manager. Gavin, the area/district manager came out and said that the delivery truck would be coming and he would give me a call. I never heard anything from him. I ended up having to drive up to the store and picking up a new set. If there was a way that I could give this location zero stars, I would. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! I will NEVER come back here and I advise anyone else to stay far away from this location. They clearly dont care about their customers or the products that customers receive. I am absolutely outraged about the way that I was treated!!!

First & foremost - google search American Freight Complaints or American Freight Regional Manager, they pop up immediately for a valid reason. My fiancé and I purchased a sectional and ottoman from here with delivery. The sectional delivered within a week as promised, but the ottoman did not. Via multiple calls to the manager, Shango, we were continuously informed that the ottoman was either "being delivered later today" or "its being delivered tomorrow" - we were literally told this on at least (4) different occasions. We finally reached out to HR, as well as the Regional Manager (Gavin), who were absolutely no help either. Never even received a call back from the RM. I ended up going back to the store and sitting there until they found the ottoman I had purchased 30 days before; I loaded it up and left. They are very competitively priced so the only way I would recommend buying from here is if the furniture is literally in stock and you have the capability of loading it up and leaving with it.

...so the initial deal that we went there for was a really bad one - 7 pc living room set for $400, but we get whatever color we get after weve paid for it. We still ended up getting a couch, because it was still cheaper than department store pricing. However, we will not be buying from here again. We do not appreciate hard-selling techniques, and couldnt get Josh to leave us alone to discuss our potential purchases. Then as we were finalizing our purchase, he spoke to one of the staff in the most uncalled-for, condescending manner. To berate an employee in front of potential future customers is unprofessional, and just serves to drive repeat business away.

Very disappointed by the experience we had at American Freight in Goodlettsville, TN. Furniture was not delivered on the day promised. When the furniture was finally delivered, the delivery driver who was contracted out said that our order wasnt even on the truck the day it was suppose to be delivered, even though we were promised multiple times when calling to check on it, that it was. I felt like they didnt care about giving us good customer service after they realized we werent buying a lot from them because they were out of stock of items we wanted. Still havent been refunded my delivery fee yet, and it has been two weeks. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nice furniture! Great layaway! However once the layaway was paid off then part of my purchase showed delivered in their system but it hadnt been. Then once delivered they forgot my night stand. I talked to the delivery guy the next day and he didnt show up that Sunday either because he had sooo many deliveries. I spoke with him Monday and he said he was on his way and still nothing! Today is Tuesday! Be very careful buyers. I paid $200 not to get all my stuff! I will have to leave work early to get them to give me my belongings!

I went in to the Goodletsville store today, and Sam greeted me at the Door! Wow He is a Big Dude. He helped me find everything that I needed and few extra things my wife thought we needed. He was very Knowledgeable about all the different types of sofas and Mattresses. I recommend everyone to go in and see Sam he will take great care of you. My experience in it entirety was a great one and I will definitely be back. I will also send my family and friends his way. You cant miss him!

We would like to thank Chance, Melvin, and Nate all from the Clarksville store, Johnny from the Goodlettsville store, and Regional Manager Josh for providing the best service a customer could ask for! Thanks guys! We will be back. As for the AF corporate office, dispatchers for the trucking companies, manufacturers etc, more logistical communication with all involved should be an immediate goal to improve. There are countless furniture manufacturers and stores to choose from.

My boyfriend & I purchased a table and chairs last night & were only able to take the chairs and told the salesman that wed come back Sunday afternoon for the table. No one called us ahead of time or informed us last night that the table is OUT OF STOCK. I paid for something thats not even there. Not cool at all considering they sent my boyfriend all the way out to Antioch to go get the table since they have four in stock. Rude & unproffesional.

Worst shopping experience Ive ever had. There were problems getting the product that we paid for as well as getting the refund we requested for never getting the product to begin with. Even their corporate office handled the whole situation poorly and unprofessionally. Extremely upsetting experience from start to drawn out finish.

I paid for my beautiful blue sectional and it was delivered in 15 tminutes! Literally! I highly recommend this store and customer service was very good. Thanks American Freight!

Omg so I went to the American freight in goodlettsville and the vibe of the whole store was amazing I was greeted by a guy named shango and his vibe amazing I loved it. Shango and Melvin where like the best people to deal with took really good care of me and my family. 5 star any day.

Both the couch and ottoman didnt come w the protective sprayed coat as they promised. I had to call to receive the couch, which took 5 mths to get. The ottoman another 2 mths. I was told it would b free delivery, ended up paying $85 for it. I will never b back and never recommend.
