I had the worst experience ever when I went to this store looking for a sectional sofa for my newly renovated home. Alex, the "store decorator" started with telling me the furniture I was in the market for started at $3000 and up before showing me one piece of furniture. I had to ask her if I could see one, so she leads me to a horribly colored piece and proceeded to tell me "it was not the right fit" before I could tell her if I liked or not. Then she leads me to the next piece telling me how these particular couches are the "best furniture in the world". Still unimpressed, I her if she had sectionals with a chaise. She answered that I needed to find one I liked then they could order it in whatever style I wanted. Personally I prefer to positively know what a piece will look like instead of using my imagination purchasing large pieces for my home. Alex then proceeds to tell me that is how "expensive stores operate". I was really turned off by her approach as if their furniture was too good for me. If it was why is the store located in the worst section of Huntsville? Please work on your customer service.... this was a very insulting experience. I will never spend money with a business that treats people so rudely. I ended up finding the perfect sofa at Haverty's that I was able to sit on and match perfectly with existing furniture!

The quality is far superior to anything offered from other retailers. Their selection is great, and they are more than willing to order something to your specifications. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, as well.

Excellent experience. Quality furniture, large selection, salesman was helpful, not one bit of pressure to buy. It was worth the 90 min drive. Definitely will go back.
