Caution!! Keep driving and go somewhere else for furniture!Would have given a zero, if there was an option. The absolute worse service I have ever received from a business! From the beginning of transaction to the delivery. Ordered a sleeper sofa in June and was told it would be delivered on Monday. We waited all day and no phone call or delivery.I called on Tuesday morning and they said they would have to locate the truck and that our sofa would be delivered on Friday. Again we waited all day and no phone call or delivery! We drove to the showroom on Saturday morning,which is an hour away to cancel order and get a refund.The manager said that the order that just came in was for other customers that ordered last month and that ours wouldnt come in until the middle of July. Instead of canceling the order he offered to send the floor model home with us because we had company and needed the sleeper sofa to accommodate everyone. He said he could have it delivered in a couple of days and we wouldnt be charged for the new one until we received it in July, so the first pmt. would be due in August. We received the loaner and a few days later received the bill from Sprintz credit card. I called and was told by a different manager that they charge immediately if they send a loaner,which is not what I was told a few days before with my whole family as my witness.I informed them I am not going to pay for something I havent received yet, to come and get the loaner and credit my account.We worked out a deal to keep the floor model at a discounted price of 1000.00 which was priced at 1499.00.My account was not credited when promised days ago and a credit just went through today, but not for the correct amount. I was charged 1099.00 instead of 1000.00. Still waiting for a call back after leaving several messages. I have logged 13 calls to them with 2 of my calls being returned. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received! If you want good service and sales people or managers that wont lie to you, shop elsewhere!

IF I COULD GIVE SPRINTZ ZERO STARS I WOULD. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. 3 MONTHS LATER AND WE STILL DONT HAVE OUR COUCHES. At every touch point, Sprintz has been a terrible experience. First. after waiting two months they told us they were delivering us a chair and a sofa, instead of the sofa and love seat which we ordered. When we called the # provided to us to alert them of the mistake the staff shrugged and didnt help. We had to go out of our way to find the appropriate people who could change the order given the mistake. We then arranged with Sprintz customer service to send us the sofa while they returned the chair and ordered the correct love seat. When the time came to deliver the sofa, they called and said theyd made a mistake and couldnt deliver it because they accidentally sent one of the sofa cushions back to the factory to match the love seat. (Odd, since they could have simply given the factory the fabric sku #.) So, another month goes by, and finally we get a mailed notice saying our sofa and love seat are in, and to call to arrange delivery. When we call, the staff first said our order had not yet arrived, regardless of the mailed notice we received. After further calling two other people at Sprintz, we find out that their computer system was down for a few days and as a result Sprintz lost all information regarding what furniture they had received in their warehouse so they had no clue if they had our sofa and love seat. A week later, after getting hung up on twice by Sprintz customer service and after many hours sorting out the latest snafu with their staff, we arrange to have the furniture delivered (finally!). WRONG! Day-of delivery, customer service realizes that they ordered the wrong furniture AGAIN. So I took a day off to get furniture delivered which isnt coming. And Sprintz has no idea why our order was changed to a different style of sofa/love seat.

SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!! We wish we could give zero stars for customer service. Sprintz is the absolute worst company we have dealt with in a long while. It is unfortunate that Sprintz in Cool Springs happened to have the piece of furniture that checked off all of our "wants" boxes for a new couch, because we would have joyfully given our business to Rooms to Go across the highway. Rooms to Go was friendly, welcoming, informative; whereas Sprintz felt cold, empty, and we had to hunt down someone to help us make a purchase. We were informed it would take 6-8 weeks to have our piece delivered, and 6-8 weeks came and went. In fact, it took 13 weeks for it to arrive ... and our point of contact was impossible to get ahold of. We left multiple messages, and never got a call back. Finally, we asked for a different point of contact; and while somewhat better, we still were left wondering when our couch would arrive. It was the "blame game" as to why it was taking so long/no one was getting in touch with us. Dont give me excuses for such a lack of professionalism - we could have swallowed the wait better had we been called in the first place, or called back at all. The best they could do for us was free delivery. As business owners ourselves, this was incredibly frustrating - their customer service was awful. We will not be back.

Absolutely pathetic, rude, arrogant, and irresponsible people in a disorganized organization. Ordered a couch 3 months back, waited standard 4-6 weeks for it to arrive to only find out that the agent ordered the wrong sectional pieces. Had to return it upon delivery. We were then told the sectional will arrive very soon since it was their mistake and they will do a rush order this time putting our order on priority. It has been 4 weeks since and every time you call them they will tell you that they are not able to find details on the order and will call us back in few minutes. That call NEVER comes back. We finally got hold of the manager who couldnt find our couch anywhere either and said he will try to find out whats going on and call us. Someone finally called us back after that and said the sectional will arrive in ANOTHER 4-6 weeks. When you try to tell them the discomfort its causing you being without a couch for so long, they will say their manager will call and they will immediately hang up the phone. And as always, no one will call back, not even the manager. No one has even bothered to apologize about all the mess. Such is the customer service at this place. We are going to cancel our order and NEVER buy anything from here ONLY because of the customer service and management.

Not at all a good experience. Purchased a coffee table for around $800. First, the salesperson tried to get us to purchase the table off the floor that had a scratch on the top and a drawer that was warped. Being persistent, we insisted on a new table...we were told it would be at the store in four weeks. Five weeks later we initiated a call and was told our sales person would be contacting us with an update. Two weeks later with no news from Sprintz another call was initiated. Finally, ten weeks after our purchase the salesperson informed us that the table would not be available for three more months and once again attempted to get us to take the floor sample instead. We are in the process of canceling this transaction.... The negatives of purchasing from Sprintz: no follow-up initiated by salesperson, pressure sales to purchase damaged goods, lack of follow-up communication from Sprintz. Previous experiences with Sprintz have been good...Not sure if this is a "sign of the times" where the company is more interested in selling inventory on hand instead of making the customer happy or we just got stuck with a poor salesperson. Our business will go to BF Myers from now on.
