This is my favorite store. Mostly everything I wear is Express. Im comfortable admitting its 98% of my wardrobe. Today I shopped at the Oleander location and heard a rude employee talking about me. She spoke in her walkie device about me in front of me..... I have a record of purchase with Express online and in store. This large angry woman with a very northern accent accused me of being a thief because I had a large Victorias secret bag... She also claimed I smelled like liquor.... Which I dont drink. I purchased the pants I tried on. My feelings are so hurt. I love and support this company. But that woman had 0 tact. I can supply a record of my purchases in the last 10 years. This is my store. That woman is awful.

I have been shopping at Express for 25 years and i have NEVER been treated as poorly as i was on 8/4/17 the manager was the rudest person i have ever dealt with. I am a professional sales person and if i treated my clients this way i would not have any. There are many other stores i can shop at and if no one shops the store closes. Not sure why i was treated this way but i will be following up with your corporate office.
