Not even worth ONE star , this place is P A T H E T Il C !!!!!! This dealership has no communication what so ever among themselves and most important with the customer(s) ! My experience was , that I called regarding a car which they had on the lot . So i did a application , they gave me a appointment a day after the day I insisted to come in . So I follow up the next morning to double check everything and to make sure they had the car , which sales man said he did and to come in . An hour before and half way there from an hour and 30 min drive . Salesman ignores my calls , so I decided to call the front office . Sure enough he answers knowing he ignored my calls . Then claims the car sold before I had filled out my application the day before !!! Then tries to sell me a different car that wasnt ready or at their lot and also gave my information to a different dealership across the street , without my consent ! Two weeks later the same car gets posted back online . After I made sure they had my number and would like to be notified if they got a similar car . Which they ABSOLUTELY FAILED TO NOTIFY ME !! And car is currently sold again !!!! !!!!!!BEWARE IF THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP !!!!!

The same old thing with me also I was one day late with my downpayment then the sales man Sean said if I did not bring the car back he was going to call the cops on me. Mind you live 300 miles away my daughter is giving birth and I had to shut my company down drive the car back pay my employee to follow me. I get to the lot he takes the keys and tells me Im it getting my $1700 back. I call the racist police department on the one that called the cops try to hit me up . Im sure he is friends with the police department the cop was very combative they would not give me my check back that he did not cash and will not give me my $17 back and maybe feel like I was going to get arrested because I was black . The good news is I have one of the best lawyers to help me Im going to exposed him for the lying thief that they are . Take your money someplace other than them.

The owner lured me in by telling me that he knew how to deal with the finance companies..I gave him $1400 down and he told me to bring him $600 more in a week which I did.He then told me to write myself a employment letter & have a friend lie for me because and I quote, "I have friends at WESTLAKE FINANCIAL." when I requested for him to just in house finance he got sooo angry I thought he was going to strike me! He ultimately took my 2,000 and his car..Refuses to give me a dime back. Oh and he kept my property that was on the car and lied and said I put excessive mileage on the car but wouldnt show me the odometer. His salesman told me that I should come back when he (the owner) Sean is not coming down off drugs! What an experience......

I am a single mother of two boys and desperately needed a car. Both Sean and his brother Gino made promises prior to purchasing my vehicle that would be done, yet two days later had to bring my car back for the engine light being on. Did that twice in ONE week. They provide NO receipts for anything. My girlfriend who I referred also had this issue. I DO NOT recommend. They tell you that you are approved without meeting you as they claim to be able to help anyone with bad credit, yet once you sign and what has been said, are TWO different things. Their uncle works at a dealership on Fulton. Same thing, and knows less. NO computer skills. My opinion......DONT come here!

These guys are a joke, they sell falling apart cars with promises to fix things then stiff you. They got being trash down so good they know how to evade BBB stuff even lol (i know i called the BBB on them) This place is just full of roaches. Gross, unprofessional, dishonest, thieves and scam artists. They will tell you when your car doesnt smog "take it to my smog guy" or when they work your loan they "know a loan guy make this or that up" I just cant believe they havent been put in jail yet for fraud and all sorts of shady stuff. Hope a good cop reads some of these reviews... either way dont buy here, youre better off buying private on craigslist in Rio Linda.

DO NOT PURCHAS anything from them at first shawn was cool trying to help us out and get into a car seamed lile a good deal 2 days after driveing it off the lot ac was not working he said yea bring it in al huck you up we tuck it in and he said he was going to get the part 3 days later he backed out on his word not just that 2 1/2 weeks later check engine light came on he said car had 3o day transmision and engin waranty and once again he backed out telling me we tell him one thing and another but no he told me over the phone to deal with it and the waranty wasnt on paper so he basicly told me i was f*** i dont recomend shopeing with them

Financed a pre owned vehicle for a good price, just need to have good credit to qualify for a good loan at any dealership. You can go to Roseville auto mall and spend 5 hours doing paperwork or go here and have the same process done in an hour. Would recommend for pre owned vehicles to give this place a try in the Sacramento area.
