My husbands truck broke down and was too expensive to fix, so we had to look for a new (used) truck for him. This happened in the same week that my van broke down and I got a new (used) car 3 days before. I hate buying vehicles and dreaded searching again. Well, we found a truck online that was at Safe and came to look at it. While there we saw another truck that we liked better but we thought it a little outside our price range. Chris told us right then and there what he could do for us to get within our affordable payment. Since that was only the second vehicle we had looked at, we wanted to look some more. We searched all day that Sat and by end of day narrowed it down to the Ford F150 at Safe which we already knew the deal, and another vehicle we werent sure about. Sunday we went back and looked at both and decided on Safe. While finalizing the deal, we really wanted to get extended warranty. Chris was able to shave some more off the cost so we could get the warranty and still stay within our monthly payments. He also got us a great interest rate matching what we had gotten on the other car wed just bought earlier in the week. We will definitely go to Safe Motors next time we need a new (used) car.

If you are looking for the best used car dealer in the area go see Chris at Safe Motors on Riverside Ave in Roseville. I have NEVER had such wonderful customer service. He went over and above on every aspect a person deals with when buying a car. The car knowledge at Safe Motors is superb and the inventory is like a great big Christmas wish. There are definitely reasons why he has been in business for over 14 years. Real honesty, concern for his buyers and total commitment are just a few of those reasons. I have introduced him to my entire family and potential buyers because I know he will take good care of them. We will never consider buying a used car any other place. Go talk to Chris at Safe Motors if you are in the market for a car, you will be so glad you did. By the way, if he doesnt have the car you want, he will find it for you.

Thank you Chris and Rick for a great buying experience. After the demise of our old car we looked around locally for a used car. Couldnt find one that we liked. In 2006 I purchased a 1998 Honda Accord EX from Safe Motors, its still going strong. Went on Safe Motors website and saw several that were interesting. After talking to Rick we decided it was worth the trip from our home in Oregon to check them out. We arrived and were shown the cars we were interested in and given the opportunity to test drive them, they answered any questions we had. We bought a 2011 Ford Fusion and love it. Got my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 from here just this weekend and I really love this truck. Josh the sales guy was awesome in helping with everything and was there from start to finish. From the test drive to the paperwork. He really shows that he wants the customers to be happy when they pull away. I would rate them at 5 stars if they would have checked or taken care of the basics on the vehicle before letting me drive off but overall a great company and very friendly. Josh has even checked in with me after to make sure everything was good and when I explained some of the issues i have found they worked with me to help out where they could so that I wouldnt have to drive all the way back down there.

It was time to update my car, so i searched for the vehicle i was in the market for. I found the car that i wanted (2006 Mercedes R500) I did my research on the car and also the locations that were selling them. It came out that Safe Motors had the best car for the best price! They had great customer service on the phone and in person! I love my car that i bought from Safe Motors. They had great financing options, they found the best rate that was available for my credit.(which was an awesome rate!) Overall, my experience with Safe Motors was great, from the first visit to the moment i drove of with the car. I will and i did recommend Safe Motors to all my friends and family.

I bought a car from here. I was told it was checked out by the dealerships mechanic at the time of purchase and that this was a quality car. This is why we payed the dealer mark up over private sale value. Before I even made my first loan payment the car broke down and was in the shop with $1200 in repairs and its still needs more. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone under any circumstances. I was also promised a call regarding some parts needed for the car and was never contacted. To date I have put thousands of dollars into the car and it has new problems every 2-3 months. This car is a lemon.

My family and I have bought 9 cars from Safe Motors since 2000. The first car I bought in 2000 and the last car I bought was in 2013. The last 4 cars I bought a extended warranty. I just had warranty work on my 2002 Toyota and saved over $1000 over the cost of the warranty. I recommend Safe Motors to all my friends and relatives. They even give better deals on each car you purchase!

I helped a friend of mine purchase a 2010 Dodge Charger. The sales staff were very friendly, they actually held the car over the weekend since we had to travel several hours to get to Roseville. The price was very good. The car has performed very well since purchase was made a couple of months ago. She is very happy with the purchase. We highly recommend safe motors!!!

Not sure how you can rated be so High, when you cant even respond to a simple email request for information. Really wanted copies of carfax, and inspection documents emailed to me, and they kept emailing back i needed to call. Oh well Ill move on to another dealer who can provide proper service before I make the flight or drive out there to purchase a car.

I purchased plenty of used cars before bu this transaction was one of the best , got a good car for a good price and at first they got me a good loan that i was happy with but next day they called me with a better loan which they didnt have to , they went the extra mile to make me happy ,Thank you guys
