Found the car online listed for an awesome price. Called to make arrangements to see the car. John Pierre was our sales man, who took the liberty of having the car detailed upon our arrival. Bought us lunch and worked out a deal in 4 hours. We left feeling great. Then we got the car home and the next day it wouldnt start only to find the battery was no good. Called to have to car picked up and we were asked to use our own towing service. Not cool. After 3 phone calls and speaking to 3 people later, they managed to have the car picked up. An hour later we called to check progress, and were told the service department was 2 weeks backed up. Not cool. So we decided to use the rental car option of our warrantee, only to be reminded that we were still in a 5 day rescission period and our contract hasnt even left the dealership. A loaner car was offered at the sake of our own insurance. Not cool. They give me a 2017 brand new 50k fiat that me and my insurance were So let responsible for, not cool. After getting all the way back home with this expensive loaner car, we walk in the house, and seconds later receive a call from the service department that our car was fixed and ready for pickup. I turn around and go back to Roseville, in a storm mind you, and pick up my car. So our 4 hour car buying experience turned into a 2 day headache. But we did end up with a 2011 Kia Rio with 38k miles, for just over 7k and full warentee and a free lunch. Shout out to JP for being an awesome salesman.

If you are looking to buy a car and are the type that needs someone that really knows about cars Aaron is your guy. Because of Aarons integrity and great customer service attitude I was willing to fly down from San Diego to not only see but buy my Audi S4 from him. Its very rare to run into a salesperson that isnt trying to pitch you something you dont want or pressure you when they know nothing about cars. Aaron was willing to answer all my questions, if he didnt know it he would research and find out what I needed. Because I was in San Diego Aaron took the time to send me videos of the car. He started it up, open the hood, did a whole walk through. When I had additional questions he was even willing to answer me on his days off. He made sure I felt comfortable about my sale. Even though he worked at Fiat he knew every little detail about the Audi. Very impressive. Fiat and his manager Gim very nice and took the time to pick me up from the Airport and drive me 30 miles to the office. The deal was impressively quick, I was in and out within a couple of hours. They were very honest in all their details and quoted me exactly what I was going to pay as well. I was very happy on my 8 hour drive back to SD, smiles all the way home.

Ive been working with Chris Lucero at Autonation Fiat for some time now about replacing my old car. Chris has been incredibly patient with me for months and has never been pushy about making a sale. Over the weekend, it was I that initiated closing a deal and I must say....after a frightful drive in my 1993 Ford (ugh!) from Sunnyvale to Roseville to pick up my new Fiat on Tuesday, I was more than impressed with the way my brother and I were treated at the dealership, Chris colleagues, and my new car! Through much phone conversation, Chris identified the exact car I needed (Fiat 500L) for my small family. He was very attentive to what I could afford and overall, what I was asking for in a new vehicle. Chris and the team at Autonation Fiat were unbelievably courteous through the entire process, right down to signing the final paperwork. I would definitely recommend Autonation Fiat and specifically, Chris Lucero, if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle. Thank you, Chris!

AutoNation Fiat Roseville was a different kind of experience for me and my wife. The time spend there looking at a vehicle and test drive and paper work was a good experience. How ever once we got home we found out that the Built in DVD player ( A huge selling point for us) Didnt work. My wife called the sales man that sold us the truck and he pretty much tried to blow her off. So I had her contact the General manager and he wasnt willing to do anything until she said that is fine we are coming down to return the truck. All of a sudden he was willing to help. We got an appointment to get it repaired or replaced. When My wife dropped it off no one knew why it was coming in and didnt have a work order created for it yet. They did replace it with a compatible version. I would not recommend this dealership to any friends. I feel they could have done a better job stepping up to complete the repairs without us being willing to return the vehicle. Just my 2 cents.

We live in San Francisco. When my wife told me that we were going to Roseville to check out Fiats at “AutoNation”…well, my eyes rolled and I figured my day was shot. It is a 2 hour drive one way to Roseville and we were going to spend the day getting a sales pitch... then drive home frustrated!!! I was totally wrong. We were met by Jim Zimmerle (on his day off) who we learned is very knowledgeable and above all, wanted to fit us with the right car at the best deal he could offer. Not once in the next 3 ½ hours did we feel like we were on the end of a sales pitch or ducking from a hard-sell. What we got from Jim was clear information, options and facts and by the end of the day, a better deal than I ever thought possible. I’d recommend anyone in the Bay Area to give Jim Zimmerle at “AutonNation” in Roseville a call. He’s a gem of a salesperson and it could be well worth the drive.

This was my first time leasing a car and I could not be happier with my experience!!!! I reccomend anyone to look into Roseville Auto first and if your looking for a Fiat go here!! From the minute I spoke to James, I instantly felt more secure and less nervous! he was extremely sweet, and beyond helpful. Made the process extremely fast and he went beyond what a salesman should do in my opinion. He stayed there past hours just to insure I could drive away with my car that night. Not to mention he gave me a better deal than I could have ever imagined! And gave me a bunch of information about rebates that I was eligible for. Also, would like to thank everyone at the Dodge dealership who had to help me as well. They were extremely nice and made the process so much more easier for me! Thank you, James! Im beyond excited for me new car, cant wait to do and bring more business to you! :)

Google uses my name but this review is by my husband: I bought a used Lexus LS430 that was advertised on the web. The car had a couple of very small dings and a slight dashboard creak but what can you expect after 10 years and 100K? The price was fair and they demonstrated enough flexibility to motivate me. It was a quiet day so the sale was processed with little hanging around, and everyone I talked to was pleasant and professional. I bought it with the option of a refund in 3 days which I seriously considered because by the time I got home I felt that the reason why the interior smelled so strong of cleaning agents was because it had been owned by a smoker and I am very sensitive to that. It would explain why the prep included a new cabin air filter. Anyway the car did all the other nice things you expect from a Lexus and the smells are fading so I kept it and I am happy.
