DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! My wife and I purchased a car from Roseville Auto Plaza in Sept. By the time we got the car home, it was already breaking down. This, even though we were assured that the Roseville Auto Plaza mechanics had "gone through the car and it was in perfect condition, no problems." Come to find out that the car had been in 2 front end collisions that were not on the Carfax report. Roseville Auto Plaza buys high mileage cars from auctions, glosses over any problems, and hides behind the (invariably incomplete) Carfax report. We are currently suing to get our money back. We were not shocked to discover that Roseville Auto Plaza currently has multiple law suits going against them. Also be aware that the sales people will try to get you to sign an illegal "As Is" form, in an attempt to fool you into thinking you have fewer rights than you do. This form has been reported to the CA State Atty. General and the DMV. An investigation is expected to be imminent. If you buy a car from this clip joint, be prepared. Once you drive the car off their lot, thats the extent of any customer service consideration that you can expect. To reiterate, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ROSEVILLE AUTO PLAZA.

Hi, here is my experience with these guys; for two months I have been looking to buy a 2006 to 2009 Audi A4 which is all wheel drive. I gave them a call, hoping they would find me the right vehicle with the right options. At the time they had just brought in a very nice Chevrolet Camaro which I was extremely tempted to buy but I needed the Quattro for my winter ski trips. It took them two months to find me the car, honestly thank you guys so much for being patient with me (I turned down two Audis because they did not have all the options I needed such as sun roof and heated seats) I am a picky shopper and was not ready to buy as my downpayment was not complete. Long story short, I end up financing my dream Audi A4. They took care of getting me the best interest rate and hooked me up with a good warranty company. I have been driving it daily and put 3k on it so far so good. Thank you guys, great car buying experience - really changed my perception of a used car lot reputation and sales people. I shall recommend Roseville auto plaza in the future.

I have spent endless hours of research trying to find the right car for me. Got in an accident and missed my BMW so I was in the market for a luxurious, sporty and affordable vehicle. Too many options out there, too many cars. I test drove one of their cars, was pleased but needed to be patient in my decision. They agreed that I take it to my mechanic for inspection when I called them a few days later. They helped me drop it off as I was at work and after getting the blessing from my mechanic I went ahead with the purchase. Smooth and headache free experience. They really do work hard to maintain a positive reputation, totally different of what I expected or what I am used to! Thank you for the help. I will be referring my friends and family for sure!

bought a 2001 bmw 325ci. I paid sticker, was charged 150.00 for a key that doesnt work. supposed 1 owner car that only has 1 key? I had to replace the brakes and rotors right off the bat. anyway I told one of the two (I never got their names) that I could get a spare key online.He told me if I do that I still have to have it programmed. so he sold me a 54.00 key for 150.00, ..turns out he DOESNT know how to program it and says I have to pay a locksmith. im too old to worry with them, but I wouldnt recommend doing business with these 2.

First impressions go long ways. I only came back to this lot because I simply was turned off by the way I was being pushed around and pressured by other dealers. The reputation precedes car dealers from miles away and I only came to leave a review here to help these genuine guys out. They worked hard to finance me (got 5.99 apr) and I already had an open car loan. I love my mercedes sooo much. Thank you guys again, I will be back as agreed for the brand new tires this month. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!! ALEX AND WALID WERE SO HELPFUL WITH THE PURCHASE!!!! Walked onto the lot just looking, they helped me get into a car that I was looking for, at a very reasonable price! I was from Reno, so the prices here were lower than what I was looking for in Reno. Very pleased with there service, from start to finish they take care of you. While we didnt buy a car afterall, we were impressed with their pleasant sales manners over the phone. They wanted to make sure we saw and drove the car before we bought it to make sure we were 100% happy with it. It was a nice car but after checking on the engine, we decided a different car would be better for us. So we had to change dealers. But these owners and sales men, Walid and Alex were very polite and nice to deal with.

These guys are no joke! Hands down best service and car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! We love our Prius V we got from them, they gave us top dollar for our trade in. THE WORST PEOPLE EVER. THEY PROMISE YOU SOMETHING BUT THEY NEVER DELIVER. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM, ONE OF THE LIGHT DID NOT WORK. THEY SAID JUST BRING IT BACK WHENEVER I HAD TIME. Very helpful staff - I did not end up purchasing a vehicle as they were not able to finance me, but I could not oversee the fact of how genuine these guys were and had to leave them a review. The cars they have are great; my wife and I test drove 3 of them. Will be back soon with a bigger down payment next time!
