Buyer Beware!!!! 18 days after purchasing this vehicle while my husband was washing it, he noticed a strange overspray on the door jam. This triggered a closer inspection. We took it to be looked at by a body shop who used a tool called a paint meter. Indeed. The drivers side front wheel panel area had been bondod and repainted and was not registering numbers consistent with the rest of the vehicle. Hmmmmmm. This was not disclosed when purchasing. In a panic I contacted Mike who put me in touch with the owner Eli. Eli eventually called back and took the issue to a whole other level. Instead of being apologetic and working to remedy the issue he begins to explain how a car can be repainted and not have to be disclosed because he claims it was never in an accident. He told us we shouldve had it inspected somewhere else before purchasing and that we bought this AS IS NO WARRANTY. This owner then insinuated that its possible that we may have caused this damage in the last 18 days...implying that WE maybe trying to pull a fast one. My husband is lifelong active duty military and I am an RN. We have devoted our lives to helping people every single day. As if that insult wasnt enough, once my husband stated he was going to return the car back tomorrow Eli stated they are not obligated to buy back the vehicle and proceeds To HANG UP on my husband. So here you have it. We buy a car that has been fixed for some reason that we dont know but never showed up on the Car Fax. That does not mean it hasnt been in an accident.... it couldve been fixed under the table. Moral of the story DO NOT feel like this company will have your back because of the good reviews you see here. They dont. They sell premium luxury vehicles and dont know or care about the underlying quality. If you do purchase here please get it inspected before you buy. This is NOT an honest and reputable company. There are plenty of good people and businesses out there who will be honest. However, they do not reside here. Please learn from my mistake. We are a stand-up couple and are civil servants in ours and your community. All we expect is "Integrity" from any business we deal with. Elite Auto Imports is Unsatisfactory!

Elite Auto EXCEEDED my expectations on all counts!!! 1) Selection of Vehicles - had the VERY hard to find BMW x6 with all the options I wanted. 2) Ease of Service - It was extremely easy to work out all the terms and transaction details even though I was out of the area (Southern California). Flew Honey to checkout care w/check in hand. If car is exactly as-pictured and in perfect condition "buy-it." If not, return home via flight to Burbank. Honey drove car 5 1/2 hours back home and absolutely loves my car as much as I do. Thank you Nik for everything!! Thank you Elite Auto. Tatum

These guys are as low pressure as they come. Nice, professional, clean, etc.... The cars are kept in a meticulously cleaned warehouse. They worked with me on a price that worked for both of us. They didnt waste my time, and I didnt have to waste a day on my weekend car shopping. I was in and out within a couple hours and that includes me going to get lunch and make a bank run. 5 stars all the way! And Eli, if your reading this, thank you again for your service!

Great experience buying my car from Eli and Nik! Quick, easy transaction, no pressure, got a great deal. I needed the car transported and they were able to arrange that for a price that was about 2/3 the cost of quotes I had been receiving from brokers. Even if you arent local I highly recommend Elite Auto Imports, they did right by me and I wouldnt hesitate buying from them again. Thank you!
