If, you want an easy, no hassle, go to bat for the customer type of experience. Go see the guys down at Oroville Ford. My previous car buying experience(different dealer) was terrible. I ended up with a so-so vehicle that I felt pushed to buy. I spent all day at the dealer, had to prove income which was a pain because I am an equipment operator( seasonal work ). So on 5/26/14 when I walked into Oroville Ford I was expecting more of the same. But, I was overwhelmingly wrong about what was to come. I was greeted with a smile and was given nothing but respect, and zero pressure about the choices I made for the vehicle I wanted. Vince was amazing, I had a couple hiccups in my credit history and he worked his magic and got me into the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with paying. Without a doubt the best car buying experience Ive ever had, will not hesitate to make Oroville Ford my first stop for our next car/truck. Thanks Guys

I shopped at the Chico store with great disappointment. A lot of stress and pressure. Decided to go to the Oroville store. There I meet Sean B., he made it a great day. Absolutely no stress or pressure. Sean listened to all of my needs and concerns about the type of vehicle that I wanted, and needed. Then Sean offered a great idea! I listened to him, and was very pleased. After a short while, and a test drive I bought a wonderful vehicle. No pressure or stress. Sean meet all my needs and desires, and stay in my budget. It was a great day there. No haggling over the price. Did not have to walk off the lot to get a better deal. Just straight simple advise, and savings. I am super happy with my purchase. I cant believe that I found such a great deal so close to home. This dealership is no pressure, super efficient, and Shawn and Vince really know what they are doing. I shopped around on the internet for over a month, and took several out of town trips without getting a car. The sales and finance people were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The car with options we wanted was not in their inventory, but they found one in a neighboring city and it was delivered overnight. Very helpful explaining all the new electronics, features, etc. and the financing option we desired was readily available. An overall pleasant experience and we love our new car. They will definitely get our maintenance and repair business too.

Oroville Ford was very friendly and didnt try to pressure me. Sean, my salesmen, was awesome! Never met a salesmen so cool and down to earth. I recommend him for sure! I was looking for a car for a few weeks, and Sean definitely went out of his way to make sure I found something I liked. I ended up getting the 2012 Ford Focus Sel. I was very happy with the car! Brought my truck in alarm working fine. picked my truck up the next day and the alarm keeps going off at random times. I called talked to the service manager he told me if i wanted them to figure out what is wrong they will charge me $96 to diagnose the problem.

The service on my vehicle was great.I had a recall issue fixed and I am Happy. The only knock I have is there isnt a loaner car for customers that are out of their Shuttle service area. Hopefully this will not be a problem at their Beautiful new facility.

Its hit or miss. Ive had great service here and service Ive felt that was lacking. Toms a good guy and will make it right though if there are issues. Also Jason in service is good as well. New service dept. Looks great and Bill in parts is awesome.
