Finding a car and having them being able to work with you, is great. Customer service is great, but one thing Id like to add on, is that theres a lack of communication between their men who sale the cars and the reps who call you. The men who actually sell the cars to you, keep in contact with you, sometimes. But if you ever need to come in and resign, theyll fail to call you and notify you, then it all just turns into a big he said, she said type thing. So, when your car payment is due and you dont receive a bill in the mail, of course youre going to call the dealer asking why, without them calling you to confirm as to needing to resign, and keep in mind, we bought the car in October 2016, its now December 10, 2016, and the way I had to find out was me calling them last week to figure out why I never received a bill to make a payment, then thats when they look at your file and say "oh, you were suppose to come in and resign." Yet, you didnt even know, Bc they had failed to contact you. So, being that theirs a lack of communication between management and the associates on the floor and even with customers after the car is purchased and pretty much, they never check their files, Id say its better off going some place else, but if you like driving back and forth for their mistake and dealing with unorganized people who dont seem to socialize with their fellow employees nor the banks who goes through the loan, then I wish you luck, but in my opinion, they seem to accept everyone and anyone. I can honestly say though, that Jose is great! Probably the best, being that he fairly communicated with us and helped us.

Today was a great day shopping for a new car. All the guys there are so great and nice I was not expecting to come out with the car. At the end of the day I was able to drive out with a car I loved.. Gilbert was so great with me and thankful that he help me out
