We were searching for a Cadillac Escalade on Sunday 2/23 and saw one on their site that they had one. We called to see if it was still available and were told by "Ernie"(my husband told me this name before we even got there) that it was available. He told him we were driving over an hour to come see it so wed be there in a few hours, he said that hed bring it out and have it ready. We get there and the car was NOT THERE, it had been sold for days!!! When we told the people what the name of the guy was we talked to on the phone Ernie said thats my name and I didnt talk to you (which means either the person on the phone gave a false name or hes lying- I think its the second) They proceed to show us the two vehicles they have that might fit our needs and give us a set of keys for one we might be interested in so we can pull it up and look at it ourselves(like we should even be lifting a finger by this point) and Ernie says he will return to test drive it. We stood outside FOR 30 MINUTES and no one bothered to come out. Finally Gus comes out and asks us if weve been helped as were walking back with the keys to the car so we can get out of there. Gus tries to entice us to buy the car we dont want (wasnt too pushy though). He says it looks like we will need an SUV since we had our 4 week old and 5 year old with us then he says that im pregnant with a third, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That was it for me... not only did we travel for over an hour with two kids for nothing but then he made the huge mistake of insulting the wife :) .... he apologized a bunch of times so I forgive him for the misunderstanding but I wouldnt buy a lexus from this place for $100 because of the unprofessional employees.... so our search continues

We found the car for us!! Sammy & Gus found us just the right financing! They did everything possible to make us feel like we are their VIP customers. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Makes up for all the bad experiences. A couple of months ago I took my granddaughter in to find a car for her 1st car buying experience. She was ecstatic & walking on air. I continue being very impressed with their commitment to providing everyone coming in the door, with the same high level of customer service. These guys really CARE about the people they serve. We are grateful for all their help. I guess if you have read this far, youve figured out that we highly recommend M & S Auto Group. M & S Auto made me very happy!! Im originally from Los Angeles and a friend of mine referred me to M&S Auto. I contacted them and they were very pleased to help me address my concerns with purchasing a used vehicle. We kept in contact and M&S worked very hard to get me the vehicle I needed for the best possible price. Two weeks after we had originally spoken, they found the exact car that I wanted. I took the trip out to Sacramento to purchase my vehicle and literally saved thousands of dollars! They worked very hard to get the financing that I deserved and treated me like I was there only customer - something I was not accustomed to before I found M&S Auto. I was pleased to see there wide selection of vehicles to fit any budget and the great sales personnel were a bonus in addition to the great financing department that ensures that you get the best possible rates. I got contacted by Mohammad about a Mazda truck I saw on the web. I liked the truck and it fit pretty closely with my needs. I met with Mohammad and ended up purchasing it. Though there was a little bit of confusion, I still feel pretty good about my experience. One of the finance guys I talked to got impatient with me after I read the contract and hesitated. His name may have been Gus. I told him I wanted to take a little more time to think and make a couple of calls. He slammed the contract down on the table and said he would call the bank to cancel the deal. Somewhat dismayed, I made my calls and decided to go back in to try anew. Ramez this time was the finance director, and he did much better. He explained everything, and was patient while I read every line. Mohammad was also very nice the whole time, and together they worked very hard to get the payments in my range. Overall I feel like maybe I didnt get the best deal in town, I dont know, but I definitely got a fair deal. Mohammad was patient and not pushy, Ramez was also patient and very helpful, and overall I had a good experience. I would come back to M & S Auto again, and I would recommend it to someone in the market for a quality used car.

I bought a jeep for myself from them a year ago going into the experience very nervous due to bad credit but the made me feel comfortable with no pressure. I bought the jeep with no isses. Again the the other day went to them for a car for my son. I had a limited budget and they needed to stay in that range. Again they had the vehicle i was looking for. I told my son to never pick the first car/lot you go to. So we left to look at another vehicle at another lot. It was so dirty with garbage piles everywhere. We asked to test drive a car and we were told yes if were want to buy it we can test drive it. Then she could not find the keys to it. Then proceeded to tell me that the cars check engine light is on so we knew. I said nevermind and she told us to have a nice day. She didnt even offer other vehicles. Very unprofessional. It was like black and white between M and S Auto and the other lot. M and S Auto made us feel comfortable and fixed the cosmetic problem we requested and even gave my son a full tank of gas for this new car. We will be in the market again soon and I see no rason to look at other lots for our next purchase! Thank you so much Gus an the rest of the Staff at M and S Auto for your service
