Pleasantly surprised with this dealership. I was fully prepared for the whole salesman routine. Instead, the guys there were really straight forward and helpful with zero pushiness. It definitely had the small shop vibe to it with a friendly attitude from everyone there. I feel the cars there were fairly priced and I know I got a great deal on my Jeep. They came down on the price even though they already had the best price in town so I walked away feeling like I really got a great deal and they treated me better than other places on my trade in. Having a full mechanic shop on the back eased my mind on the condition of the cars. My own mechanic confirmed that everything was in tip top shape. The thing that seals the deal for great service was that after the papers were signed and I drove away, I noticed a few minor problems that I didnt see before. Amir made sure everything was straightened out and taken care of even though he didnt have an obligation to after that. Ive been to places that just turn their back once the deal is done. Im glad these guys care about their customers. A+ all the way.

I (tried) to buy a 2007 SL600 from Amir at Zen Auto, The deal was contingent on the car passing an inspection, something he claimed was no problem. However, the inspection showed a major issue: The ABC pump needed immediate replacement at a cost of $4,000. When I relayed this to Amir, he determined he needed a second opinion. For some reason the local Mercedes dealer he picked was no longer good enough. Suddenly Amir disappeared, claiming the car would be fixed, and then we could complete the sale. I contacted him again, thinking we had a deal, and waiting for his response. I also watched the car, and low and behold, instead of replacing the pump, he lowered the price. I contacted him, trying to cut a reasonable deal, ready to buy the car as I said I would, and replace the ABC myself. Unfortunately, he told me it sold locally. Presumable (more than likely) to someone who has no idea they will have a $4,000 repair bill coming their way. this is why I am only dealing with a legitimate franchise dealer! Dont be the next duped into a major repair bill!

Ive been searching for a Mercedes for a few weeks now and I finally purchased one this past Saturday from Zen Auto Sales. Before going to see the car this weekend, I had spoke with the Owner Amir, over the phone he seemed very knowledgeable and honest, he emailed me a copy of the car fax and sent additional pictures of the Mercedes. He was not pushy like other salesman. When I finally met him on Saturday and looked at the car. everything was exactly as he had described it, actually the car looked even better then in the pictures. Zen is definitely a place that I will refer to all my family and friend. He is the one sales man that is not pushy and HONEST!!! I left his lot feeling great, knowing that I was not pushed into buying a car. Thanks ZEN Auto Sales.

Currently in process of purchasing a 2008 F-250 Diesel. Both Chris and Amir are easy going and definitely not pushy. Both were patient on paperwork since I was financed through Travis CU and Purchase Order had to be sent in (mind you Travis was having issues with their system which delayed everything). Great small company and I would definitely recommend them. Check out their website and if you see a car/truck you like, contact them. I found my truck... Lifted w/new lift kit and tires. Great Company ! What a great dealer ship ! I came here to trade my car in and they actually gave me more then blue book. I mean Im sure they got me on the other end of it but shoot everybody has to make money and of course im a sales man I did not leave with out a little drama LOL. No but the salesman were very nice and I was really impressed with them. They actually had me laughing and that can be a hard thing to do. Great bunch of people ! ! !

Three strikes and you are out! 1. Owner mentioned that he had "ghetto people" calling about a car. 2. Owner said he only dealt with cars that cost 60-70k. Company website has 2 that are over 60k and the other 20 are 45k and under. 3. Refused to help me because I looking for a under 25k.

The owner of this place is a very stand up guy. Bought my Audi r8 from him and he has been nothing but helpful. From a guy that grew up in the car business it was a refreshing experience to work directly with him. I would refer any of my friends and family to Zen in Sacramento.

The owner is or was a guy named Ray...He fried my 64 Corvette when I went into get a manifold replacement.. I had to have the manifold repbuilt...These guys dont know anything about cars, and they left a rag inside of my valve covers...They are East Sacs best joke...
