do not trust these guys. we just bought a car, a 2008 Saturn Astra form these guys 10 days ago. they told us that they did a full diagnostic on the car and it was in great running order. not even 24 hours later the coolant level light and the service engine light came on. we took it back in and they told us it was a sensor. then they really started lying. they told us the only place they could order the part from was Kuni Chevrolet. not so. after owning Saturns for well over 15 years, I know that the areas official saturn/gm servicer is John L Sullivan Chevrolet in Roseville. They are the dealership who took saturn over when GM bought Saturn out. they are the most dependable when looking for saturn authorized parts. well, they kept the car for a week and told us it was fixed. one day passed, it ran fine. second day, the lights came on again.back to the lot. they told us the mechanic would not be in over the weekend, but lo and behold, we get a call the following day, today, Saturday that it is another sensor that is bad. somehow the mechanic came in on his day off. well that part wont be in until tuesday, but we can pick up the car and use it til then. guaranteed verbally while the other of us was listening over the phone that the car will not overheat, break down, or blow up. so now we have the car and have to wait 3 more days for the part to come in. will that fix it? I will be shocked if it does. I do not believe these guys. we have only had the car 3 and half days out of 7. ridiculous since we put down more than half the sale price of the car. I will be contacting my mechanic to double check the work and have already contacted an attorney about their material misrepresentation—for unfair and deceptive act and practice in the sale of this car. maybe well be lucky and theyll read this and actually be honest and really do something to fix this situation. update: tried to drop car off on xmas eve to get fixed as they agreed, but they forgot to mention that they were closed or closing early. after expressing our frustration today, they decided to tell us not to bring the car in because they were not going to fix it. all of a sudden the other half gets a call and he gets told that they will fix the car only if we remove this review. trying to use strong arm tactics. what are we dealing with? a car dealer or what? scandalous

Dishonest operation. June 9th 2012 I purchased a Ford van from this business and I specifically asked the sales person if the vehicle had an oil changed or the brakes have been checked, with out a hesitation I was told "yes", the van has been serviced and it had brand new brakes. Both answers were a lie. I spend $600+ in repairs after finding that the brakes and oil were not done. Also the van had the tire pressure light on. Now the van has 3 lights on, air bag light, service light and tire pressure light. I had the same shop that did the brakes and oil change to check into the warning lights. I was told by this professional shop that they could not reset the lights and that the vehicle need it to go to the dealer for this repair. Also about a month ago I called and spoke to the salesman and mention that I had not received the license plate or registration of the vehicle. He told me that he was going to check on it and will call me back. He never did. I called again last week and I was told that they had been calling me to let me know that the van need it to get weight for DMV purposes. Fishy and funny because I never got a call or message, anyway we agreed for him to pick up the van and take it to the weight station so they could finish the dmv paper work. When he returned the van to my office I mentioned to him about the brakes issues and warning lights. His respond was that he was going to speak to the owner about the brakes and he was going to sent a mechanic with a computer and reset the van and that should take care of the problem. Well two days went by and nobody show or call again. Last saturday I called the business and spoke to the owner about they situation, instead listening to my complains first he just went with the salesman word that they tried to call me and that he would not sent anybody to reset the computer and that he did not like my tone or language. Funny I never said a bad word. I just told him the facts and he just could deal with it, instead he just hanged up. So I rate my experience with this business a 0, dishonest salesman, bad management and poor customer service. So buyer be aware of lies.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU BUY FROM THESE GUYS! This dealership is a scam operation - the guys there are a fast talking group of con artists. They claimed they had put thousands of dollars of work into a 1995 Honda Accord that I purchased from them for $4,000 plus tax and license. After driving off the lot and to work and back I discovered the odometer was frozen. When I returned to the dealership, they, of course, claimed to know nothing of it and hid behind the older vehicle exemption for declaring mileage. Needless to say, when I later pulled up the CARFAX, the vehicle odometer had been reset and the car actually has at least another 100,000 on top of the mileage showing. While it is my fault that I got ripped off on the purchase price because I didnt check the Kelley Blue Book values for the car, the odometer thing is/was the scam. To boot, they lied about the work they had put into the car because when I had it inspected at the dealer, they came up with $3800 in repairs. They rationalize their sales and blame the consumer!

Please I warn you to never buy a car from this place. It is a complete SCAM A CROCK!! THESE PEOPLE SOLD ME A VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT CLAIMING EVERYTHING WAS UPDATED AND CHANGED AS FAR A ENGINE REPAIR ETC. I test drove the car and I brought it right back for smelling of burning oil and smoking from under the hood. I brought it to their mechanic over 3x and the problem was just covered up and because they never fixed it, the problem only got worse. I brought it to a real mechanic and found over 900 dollars worth of damage due to the mechanical error of U SAVE AUTO MECHANIC!! I tried talking to the owner numerous times and they always hid him from me so now stuck with a vehicle that is constantly at the shop due to negligent error and lies and fraud. Please report this place because they lie about the quality of their vehicles .. They give as if warranties to cars they know which is truly broken. They say they want to help their customers but they do not. PLease do not buy anything from this place

First over all I had a limited budget & went to see this dealer for a "bargain vehicle". I havent been in the market to buy a used vehicle in quite some time & was surprised to see how much vehicles were going for. I read the reviews on a lot of dealerships & most had bad & good reviews on them, so I figured I had to visit the dealerships & find out who was good or bad. The owner was nice & showed me a few vehicles in my price range. The first one was a Volvo V70 crosscountry! I never thought I would drive a Volvo & responded very harsh to the owner, I mean come on a Volvo! I ended up test driving other vehicles, but none compaired to the Volvo. After doing some research & driving the vehicle it was actually a really good car that fit my needs. I ended up buying the Volvo & recommend that if youve never driven one you should theyre AWESOME! Thank you for the easy sales process & working with me!
