Had decided to look for a new truck, to replace one that had some miles, had researched trade in values vs. private party sales of my old truck,. Got pre-approved through my credit union fro a loan and my loan officer recommended that I try Enterprise Rental, I had been dealing with Carmax on previous ocassions, but decided to look based on her recommendation. Called and spoke with Giovanni and made an appt. to come down and look at what they had available, found a truck that I liked and decided to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when they offer for my trade in came back higher than expected. After completing the deal I was informed that the interest rate that I was expecting was not available on the loan term I was selecting, was not happy, after discussing this with Dustin the finance manager, I signed the contract anyway, discussed the issue with my loan officer at my credit union, and again with the Branch Manager Dexter, after some phone Calls the Branch Manager Dexter contacted me and offered to re-write the Contract based on the advertised price, Both Dustin & Dexter went above and beyond to ensure that they had a satisfied customer. Also wanted to let people know that based on what I saw, there pricing was fair and honest and the truck I purchased was Newer and in much better shape than the ones I had reviewed at Carmax for several thousand less than the Carmax vehicles. Great Job Guys Ill continue to purchase from Enterprise Cars.

Buying a car from this Enterprise Car Sale dealership was better than I expected. I was shopping around for a quality used car and I found exactly what I wanted at this dealership. I was looking for a Jeep and they had two in their inventory. I was greeted by a man named Derrick. I told him my budget and my needs for a used car. He was friendly and helpful. Given my requirements, he showed me a number of cars that I can afford and I test drove two. Derrick answered all of my questions in a courteous manner that made me feel comfortable. I settled with buying the Jeep. I was pleasantly surprised that Derrick tried everything within his own means to have me own the car I want on the same day. I didnt expect to buy the car on the same day but he said Enterprise offers many ways to get me the car I want. Working with his supervisor, Dustin, I was also able to trade in my old car and use the value of it towards my purchase. A further pleasant surprise was that Enterprise has several programs that goes beyond their standard warranty for their used cars. By paying a little extra, they extended their warranty against common problems that all cars get at they get older. Its worry free ownership on a used car, I like that a lot. My experience with Enterprise and with this dealership was very positive. I will by another car from them again.

Car buying can be stressful and to add to the task I HAD to leave with a car that same day. I walked in expecting to meet with a specific person, with whom I had spoken to just the day before, however he was assisting other clients. I was greeted by another sales associate - Shaun C. was so friendly and heard out my concerns and desires for the new vehicle including price and mileage. He showed me three very different cars, all around my range, and thoroughly explained the ins and outs of each of them. After two test drives I decided on the very first car he had shown me. He knew what I had wanted before I did and I couldnt be happier with it! Eric in Finance took time to present several options to ensure I received the best warranty and monthly payments that fit my budget. The process took only a few hours and I cant thank them enough for their kindness and amazing customer service. Theyve earned a long time customer and I will brag about them for years to come.

It was a horrible position to be in, my beloved car totaled when hit from behind, but Enterprise made my life so much simpler. I found the perfect car, no haggling, no wasted hours and hours waiting for a dealership to do whatever they do. The customer service is very good, the paperwork simple, and the employees were wonderful. I am a disabled, widowed senior citizen and worry that people would take advantage of me, but I never felt that way through the whole process. Thank you , Giovanni and Dexter. You are the best.

The van we rented for our trip to Southern California was perfect. It easily fit our family and our luggage. At Enterprise, the gentleman who helped us gave us a choice between three vans to choose. That was really nice of him so we picked the one that worked best for us. The gas was close to empty but that was no big deal. We gassed up around the corner and were told to return it on empty. On pick up and return, the staff at Enterprise were very helpful, nice and fast and the vehicle was awesome

I had a very great experience with Enterprise Car Sales in Rancho Cordova, CA. Derek and Dustin were very patient and helpful. They made my car buying experience pleasant--very warm and friendly. They were very attentive to my needs and actually listened to what I asked for. They didnt try to pull a "sales" tactic where I would be asking for things I didnt need. They certainly didnt try to price gouge me either. I will definitely continue to conduct business with them in the future.

We had a great experience with purchasing our vehicle at Enterprise Car Sales! Found a car the first visit, liked it but it didnt quite work out for personal reasons, nothing wrong with the car. The 7 day return policy was a blessing! Took the car back and got exactly what we wanted. Derrick Alvi was a pleasure to work with, he did an excellent job! Dexter made the Finance part of the process very smooth. I would say dont hesitate to use Enterprise Car Sales in Rancho Cordova!

The experience was definitely preferable to visiting an auto showroom and having to negotiate a purchase. With Enterprise, the price was fixed. No dealing, no haggling. If my husband and I had been more experienced car shoppers we would have asked how Enterprise wanted to receive their money. Who knew they would want a certified check in lieu of a cash down payment? When I buy another car, i will definitely consider Enterprise.

I think my experience was great. I dropped and picked up the car in a short time and get to my destination without delay. One thing i should point out is that one agent kind of look down on me went I dropped the car at Oakland airport but overall my experience was wonderful. When I dropped the car back in Rancho Cordova, my ride home was very fun and the employee who dropped me and my wife home was very professional. Thanks,

Giovanni was great...He drove to Stockton to pick up the car we were interested in. We drove it and decided to purchase. One good thing about buying from the rental industry is there is no haggling non-sense on price. The absence of that element by itself is refreshing. The purchase was very relaxed all the way through. A lot of things to sign but that is the same anywhere. I would recommend Enterprise to friends.
